Bought some apples from the farm, so this afternoon is baking therapy. Made a tarte tatin to bring to a girls lunch tomorrow and I couldn't resist making an extra one to eat today. It isn't the best looking tart I've made but, it tastes good. Hopefully the other one taste good and look better.

We went to a renaissance festival yesterday & had so much fun! We got Dole Whip (at least that’s what we call it!) for the first time & it was delicious-how could we not have known what it was?!?
