One of my favorite things to do is find my favorite food bloggers and go way far back on their Instagram. I like to see their progression into something I admire. When I started my food journal, I was very adamant to not be salesy or sound fake; I think there's a way to be authentic but also be a brand. Oh and just a warning, this makes a very big focaccia, which is great if there is a crowd of you to feed, but as there are only two of us, I've discovered that it freezes really well!
