"When I went to my first volunteering event at a hospital for children with cancer, I didn’t expect to be so affected. I came away from it with a changed perspective of what giving back can do, and ultimately this has led me to be on a different trajectory in life. It could have been any volunteering event that would have made that click within me, but this was the first in a long list of events that has culminated in me becoming a leader and organizing fundraisers for others who are less fortunate. Moving here and finding out about Coupla Guys and Gals was an apparent next step on this path that I feel I would have always found, in the end." - Chris, Miami

This was dinner tonight: I slow roasted 2 Black Angus English cut roasts @250 degrees for 12 hours. I season these with my blend of spices, Worcestershire sauce, 3 tbsp of lime based meat marinade over the top with chopped onions, garlic, and some extra beef stock to roast it in. I also pierce the meat all over with a knife to let the spices and other ingredients to meld in. I make my mashed potatoes boiled in chicken stock for extra flavor and make them with heavy cream and extra butter for good measure. A green vegetable and dinner is served!
