After I finished my grocery shopping today I sat down and wrote out my plan for this next week. And it is such a relief to know that there will be no guessing game or grabbing random food because I was unprepared.
I am completed prepared for week 2 of 80DO and ready to do some measurements next week! Some of us are already getting amazing results and I can't wait to share mine 😁😃

Meal prepping. I do in fact eat vegetables but they are boring and not shown.
