Swholefoods brownie x 1
Protein powder (chocolate) x 1 scoop
Greek yogurt x 50gs
Strawberries x 3 medium sized .
Heat up brownie for 30 seconds, mix Protein powder and yogurt together till runny, cut up strawberries... put it all on top of brownie... then eat in about 3 seconds flat like I did lol
I am cutting weight for Worlds and I have started early because I don't know what the food will be like over in the US. This is an awesome way to have something that isn't naughty (but feels like it) and has your protein, carbs and good fats!
Sweet potato wedges for dinner w/ steamed mixed veg and grilled chicken breast 🙌🏼 recipe for the baked sweet potato didnt turn out as great as I had hoped, i personally prefer sweet toppings like honey on this particular veg but I though I'd try something new and go savoury since it goes with more dinner mains 🍗🥗
For the Baked Sweet Potato Wedges:
-2 Sweet Potatoes
-2 teaspoons Olive Oil
-Parsley, garlic powder, salt & pep to taste
Rinse the potatoes really well then dry with towel/paper towel
Cut into halves then each half into four strips then cube
Spread out on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle with herb/spice preferences and stick in the oven at 400 degrees for 25-30min
Makes 4 servings

Vanilla Cashew Coconut #Vegan Protein Balls 😍🙏🏼✨💗 I’ve recently started training with a PT 3 times a week, so between training + my regular daily yoga practice, AND Runyon Canyon hikes with my dog Penny, I have been needing extra fuel to build more muscle... seems like lately it's all about protein protein protein 😂🙄 Honestly, I can only handle so many protein shakes in one day 😂 so I decided to create some vegan protein balls with @bobsredmill Plant-based Nutritional Booster Protein Powder, and they came out AMAZING! I really like this protein powder because it already has chia seeds in it, 20g of plant-based protein per serving, and all of the flavors have probiotics AND pre-biotic fiber 👏🏼 The recipe below makes 3 protein balls, but if you want to make more in one batch just double the ingredients! Ingredients: 1 scoop of @bobsredmill vanilla protein powder + 1/4 cup raw cashews + 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats + 1 pitted date + 1 tbsp coconut butter + 3 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce + unsweetened shredded coconut!
Instructions: Combine all dry ingredients in a blender or food processor and lightly blend (it’s totally ok if the mixture is a bit chunky!!) Place in a bowl, add in the apple sauce and coconut butter and kneed together until the dry ingredients are completed moistened… the mixture should have a cookie dough consistency! 🍪 Roll into balls, and then roll the balls over the shredded coconut, store in the freezer, and enjoy! 🤤🌱😘

I used to stress about ensuring we had enough food to hit our zone blocks but that's unsustainable. Every meal contains protein, varies in carb - but is still low in comparison to the SAD (standard American diet), & is high in fat.
