Sometimes I feel like there is a big misconception when it comes to nutrition.
You see a lot of health guru’s sharing pics of glamorous food and I personally used to get sucked into thinking I needed to create delicious, aesthetically appealing, fancy meals....all the time and share them publicly.
But what I’ve come to learn is that what looks good and what is real life are two different things.
For me personally, I mostly eat the same things because it allows me to easily track what I’m eating and how many calories I’m getting in everyday.
It isn’t glamorous and I don’t feel that it’s creative BUT it fuels me, it’s simple and it continually keeps me on track.
Now I’m in no way dissing other health coaches, I simply want to share that in order to be successful in losing weight and eating well, you don’t have to be a gourmet chef.
Find something that fits your lifestyle, is simple to follow and that FUELS your body.
Oh and to me the same salad everyday never gets old and it keeps me on track whilst on the road 😘

The savory and sweet menu range from S$67-172 and include traditional favorites like lasagna, canapés, festive cakes, macarons and cookies. I'll highly recommend the Entremets priced at S$5.90 each (the mini chocolate Yuletide Loh cake and Chocolate caramel reindeer are must-haves!). Entremets are available for both dine-in and takeaway! If you happen to be around the area, try the Diner Dessert Menu - several were asking about it after I posted it on stories. My personal favorite was the Nachos Dulce..
I've not put up my Christmas decorations yet - waiting for my favorite Ang Mo to do it with me. Have you? What's your favorite Christmas song? Mine are - Chestnuts roasting over a fire and White Christmas. The two of us don't really exchange gifts because we both have what we need (though I can always do with more yoga clothes) but I love all the extra love, snuggles and cheer that come along with it. Definitely looking forward to spending my first Christmas with my fiancé - what are you looking forward to?

Merhaba günlerdir dm den yoğurt tarifi veriyorum. Çok güzel geri dönüşler aldığım gibi hala az sayıda da olsa tarifi uyguladığı halde istediği sonucu elde edemeyenler de var . Yanlış tam olarak nerde açıkcası ben de tam bilemiyorum ama kullandığınız süt ve mayalık yoğurdunuzun etkisi büyük bunu söyleyebilirim. Ben buraya tarifi bırakıyorum ☺️
2 litre günlük tam yağlı süt
2 yemek kaşığı yoğurt
1 çay kaşığı un
Yarım yada 1 cay kaşığı tuz (bunu damak tadınıza göre ayarlayabilirsiniz)
Sütü kaynatıyoruz. Kaynayınca altını kapatıp süt 45 dereceye gelince mayalamaya hazır demektir. Ben sıvı derecesi kullanıyorum (kesin çözüm) dereceniz yoksa serçe parmağınız sütün içerisinde 10 saniye kalabiliyorsa mayalanmaya haIr demektir parmağınız hafif yanacak ama.
Bir kasede yoğurt, un ve tuzu çırpalım. Üzerine bir kepçe sütten ekliyoruz güzelce karıştırıyoruz bu karışımı tekrar sütün içerisine döküp iyice karıştırıyoruz. Yoğurdu mayalayacağımız kaba döküp kapağı ile kap arasına bir bez yerleştiriyoruz ki buharlaşmadan oluşacak damlacıklar yoğurdumuza damlayıp sulandırmasın. Kapağı kapatıp 4-4.5 saat battaniyeye sarılı bir şekilde bekletiyoruz. Bu süre sonunda hiç kıpırdatmadan buzdolabına kaldırıyoruz. Akşamdan sabaha dolapta iyice soğutup sonra afiyetle yiyoruz ☺️
