Cauliflower cutlets with gorgonzola —————————————————————
Ingredients: 1 cauliflower,1 egg,3 table spoons of flour, 2 table spoons of gorgonzola crumbles, 1/2 tea spoon of baking powder, dill, salt, pepper.Cilantro , garlic,greek yogurt or sour cream for the sauce
Directions: Cut all heads from cauliflower and boil them 10-15 min until they are soft. Take masher and mash them with 1egg, flour, gorgonzola ,baking soda, salt ,pepper and dills or any herbs you like. Preheat the pan with 1/2 of oil, take mx with table spoon and put it on the pan, fry on both sides until brown on medium fire. For the sauce :mix sour cream or green yogurt with minced garlic and cilantro. Cooking time -20 min. Enjoy❤️
