(Macros below) ➡️Make a normal 3 cups protein shake and add it on medium heat
➡️Add oats and keep mixing for few minutes as the protein can be sticky.
➡️Add whatever you want to the mix(🍌, 🍎,🍇)+ chocolate if you really have a sweet tooth
😈Eat while its hot if you feel mad or let it cool(the consistency changes). Rating 8/10 it was a bit too sweet because of the vanilla protein has it sweetness already, if you don't like it that way avoid putting
chocolate. I didn't mind because the macros are really good and it was easy to eat
