So @foundersbrewing was quite a neat experience. Being in the restaurant business recently, I’ve been learning a lot about beer culture and it was so sweet to visit this popular brewery. The patio had fireplaces and heating lamps, and I loved the interior design. There is also a stage that overlooks a room with some brewing equipment, plus every waiter is your waiter! You can see my previous post with all of our flights. My favorite was the sweet yet tart raspberry rubaeus!

Los trozos de pescado están bañados en una salsa huancaína ahumada que no opaca la presencia del pescado y con el toque preciso de picante para mi gusto.
