Yes, I am an unknown. Nobody knows me as a book author. So I'm working very hard to make sure I do everything in my power to bring attention to "Reframe It!" I sincerely believe that those who apply its principles will be on their way to a happier, healthier life, so the more people I reach, the better.
Building a following, especially an ORGANIC following, takes an incredible amount of time, effort, focus and intent, but I believe in my core that it will be well worth it! It will change people's lives for the better!

Post yoga smoothie bowl 😍 I am loving the @drinkorgain peanut butter protein powder. Blended it with frozen bananas, frozen cauliflower, cacao powder and almond milk. Simply delicious and totally satisfying.
Breakfast is my favorite meal! Most days a start the day with a smoothie bowl and don't be surprised if I might have it for lunch or dinner as well. Depending on what time it is I tend to loose the fruit and go all in on vegetables the later in the day it gets. This morning it was a 🍒cherry🍒smoothie bowl. So yummy! 🍒R E C I P E 🍒
