(PART 1 : Cara Membuat Kue Oreo Kukus)
Cake Oreo Dua Bahan (Kukus & No Mixer)

Awalnya rada gak percaya sih kalau hanya dengan 2 bahan, yaitu biskuit oreo & susu cair bisa jadi kue (tanpa telur/tanpa tepung). Akhirnya nyoba sendiri, dan baru percaya sama resep yang udah seliwiran dari kemarin2. 😂 (*cara membuat toppingnya, ada di video sebelah ya)

Bahan Kue :
4 bks oreo rasa original, kemasan @137gr
400 ml susu uht putih

Cara Membuat Kue :
Blender halus biskuit oreonya (dengan isi vanillanya juga). Siapkan wadah, beri susu cair sedikit demi sedikit, aduk susu dan oreo yang telah hancur sampai rata. 
Kukus selama 30 menit. 
Lalu beri topping.

150 gr DCC
2 sdm  margarin
75 ml susu uht putih

Cara Membuat Topping :
Tim semua bahan hingga cair. 
Kemudian langsung tuang diatas cake dan oles sesuai selera. .
*Nb : Topping Ganache ini enak banget dan bisa untuk topping donat/roti/dll. Teksturnya tidak keras, kental & kokoh. .

Bahan biang : 
25 gr tepung trigu protein sedang 
220 ml air 
1 siung bawah putih (diparut)

Bahan: 
250 gr ikan Tuna 
2 sdt garam 
1 sdt penyedap rasa (mommy pake totole) 
250 gr tepung sagu 
Cara membuatnya : 
1. Rebus tepung terigu, air dan bawang putih,aduk2 sampai mengental (angkat dinginkan)

2. Masukkan ikan tuna kedlm food processor (hancurkan) dan tuang bahan biangnya lalu masukkan garam dan penyedap (aduk rata)

3. setelah semua tercampur, masukkan tepung sagu sedikit demi sedikit hingga kalis. 
4. bentuk lenjer atau kapal selam (caranya ad di video sebelumnya yahh

5. rebus pempek kedlm air yg sudah mendidih lalu  angkat jika pempek sudah mengapung (angkat dan tiriskan) goreng deh .

Cello Parmesan Bites
Ingredients: •1 1/2 cups of grated Cello Artisan Parmesan
• 8 oz jar of Pitted Green Olives, drained and dried completely l(we stuffed ours with Cello Mascarpone - they are delicious unstuffed as well)
•1 cup all purpose flour
•4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
•1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
•1/4 teaspoon thyme

Preparation:
1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine Cello Artisan Parmesan, flour, butter, smoked paprika and thyme in medium bowl and knead until a dough forms. If dough remains crumbly, slowly add 1 teaspoon of water at time until it comes together.
2.Pinch off a walnut size amount of dough (depending on the size of your olives, make this smaller/larger to be able to wrap around the olives), press it thin between your palms.
3.Wrap and roll the dough around the olive and roll in your palms until smooth. Repeat to wrap all olives.
4.Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the the the olives are golden. 
5.If freezing: freeze in a single later on a baking sheet until firm, then wrap tightly and freeze for up to 10 days. Bake straight from the freezer for 20–25 minutes.

Stik Bawang Keju (Onion Cheese Stick)

150 gr tepung terigu
100 gr tepung tapioka
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk ayam
2 btr telur ayam
15 gr margarin
100 gr keju parut
6 btr bawang merah, haluskan
20 ml air .

Cara Membuat :
Campurkan tepung terigu, tepung tapioka, garam, kaldu bubuk, bawang merah, & keju. Aduk rata. 
Buat bolongan ditengah adonan, lalu kocok telur, tambahkan margarin & secukupnya air. Uleni hingga kalis. 
Ambil sedikit adonan, lalu gilas adonan hingga tipis. 
Potong adonan menggunakan pisau. 
Goreng stick hingga kuning keemasan dalam minyak panas dengan api kecil. Agar matang sempurna. 
Sajikan.

Stuffing Cups

Ingredients: •4 Brooklyn Bred Bistro Buns (1/2 package)
•2 stalks of celery, chopped - about 3/4 cup
•1 medium onion, finely chopped- about 1/2 cup
•1/4 cup butter
•2 cups cooked turkey or chicken, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
•1/2 cup dried cranberries
•2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
•1 tablespoon fresh chopped sage (or 1 teaspoon dried sage)
•1/4 teaspoon salt
•1/4 teaspoon pepper
•2 large eggs, beaten
•1 cup chicken broth

Preparation:

1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut Brooklyn Bred Bistro Sticks into 1/2-inch cubes. Spread bread cubes onto a baking sheet. Toast in oven for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove bread cubs from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 300°F.
2.In medium skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onion and celery; cook, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove vegetable mixture to large bowl.
3.To large bowl, add bread cubes, turkey, dried cranberries, parsley, sage, salt, pepper, eggs and chicken broth. Stir to mix well.
4.Grease a 12-cup muffin pan. Scoop 1/2 cup stuffing mixture into each cup, pressing lightly. 
5.Bake for 35-40 minutes until bread is golden and mixture is set. Cool for 5 minutes. Carefully remove stuffing cups from pan and serve 😋

Cello Leftover Casserole 
Ingredients:
•3 oz. + 1 oz. Cello Italian-Style Fontal, grated
•2 tablespoons Cello Artisan Parmesan, grated + divided
•1 cup cooked greens (asparagus and spinach)
•4 biscuits, cooked and cut into 1-inch pieces
•1 cup cooked turkey (or other meat of your choice), shredded or diced
•1/2 cup stuffing
•2 eggs, at room temperature
•3/4 cup milk
•Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:
1.Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease a baking dish. Sprinkle it with 1 tablespoon of Cello Artisan Parmesan. 
2.Beat eggs with milk.
3.Mix turkey, greens, biscuits and stuffing together. Add  3 oz. Cello Italian-style Fontal followed by the egg-milk mixture.
4.Pour into prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining 1 oz. of fontal and 1 tablespoon of parmesan.
5.Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and the casserole is set. Cool for 5 minutes and serve.

•3 tablespoons butter, plus about 1 tablespoon more to grease the dish
•3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
•1 cup milk, hot
•1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
•Salt, pepper to taste
•4 extra large eggs, at room temperature
•8 oz frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
•5 extra large eggs, at room temperature 
Preparation
1.Preheat oven to 375° F. Butter the inside of a soufflé dish and sprinkle sides with grated Cello Artisan Parmesan Cheese. 
2.Melt butter over low heat, stir in the flour and cook for about 2 minutes stirring constantly. Add the hot milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thick, about 1 minute.
3.Take off heat and whisk in egg yolks, one at a time, paying attention to not “cook” them. Stir in Cello Italian-style Fontal, 1/4 cup of Cello Artisan Parmesan Cheese and spinach.
4.Beat the egg whites on low speed for 1 minute, then on medium speed for another minute, then on high speed for about 2 minutes; until they form firm peaks.
5.Whisk about 1/3 of the egg whites into the cheese sauce to lighten the sauce and then fold in the rest in a couple additions, gently. 
6.Pour into the prepared dish and place in oven. Bake for about 35 minutes until it’s puffy and golden brown on top. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
•1 Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust
•1 tablespoon butter, melted
•2 teaspoons granulated sugar
•1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•4 oz. cream cheese, softened
•1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
•1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
•3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
•1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped, toasted
•2 tablespoons caramel sauce, warmed

Preparation:
1.Preheat oven to 425°F. 
2.Combine butter, sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Brush mixture on Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust. Bake 5 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and crispy.
3.In the meanwhile; combine cream cheese, pumpkin, brown sugar and pumpkin spice to mix well.

Savory Pull Apart Bread

Ingredients: •4 oz. Cello Asiago Cheese, grated
•2 oz. Cello Artisan Parmesan Cheese, grated
•1/4 to 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled (optional)* •1 egg, room temperature •2 tablespoons milk
•16 oz. pizza crust •6 slices of bacon, cooked and cut into 1/2" pieces
•1/4 cup finely chopped scallions

Preparation:
1.Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan. We also coat the sides of the bundt pan with extra grated parmesan (about 2 tablespoons) for an extra cheesy, extra delicious bread. 
2.In large bowl, beat egg and milk with wire whisk until smooth. *If using the butter, add the milk and egg to the melted (and cooled) butter. 
3.Roll out pizza dough and cut into 8 pieces. Then cut each into quarters; ending up with 32 pieces. Roll each into small balls. 
4.Gently add each ball into egg mixture and turn to coat evenly. 
5.Fold in Cello Asiago Cheese, bacon and scallions.
6.Spoon mixture into well greased bundt pan.
7.Bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove carefully from oven; top with Cello Artisan Parmesan Cheese. 
8.Return to oven and bake for another 5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy😋

Ingredients
•1 batch brownie (prepared following your favorite recipe, unbaked)
•1 cup candy, chopped 
Mascarpone Topping
•8 oz Cello Mascarpone Cheese, at room temperature •1/3 cup sugar
•1 large egg, at room temperature
•1/2 cup candy, chopped

Preparation

1.Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9” baking pan. Stir in 1 cup candy to the prepared (but unbaked) brownie batter. Spread into prepared pan. 
2.In a large bowl, beat Cello Mascarpone Cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg; beat on low speed just until blended. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup candy and fold into mascarpone topping. Spread over brownie batter.

Jus Mangga kekinian dimodif jadi pudding enak juga loh😂👌🏻
Lapisan 1 pakai jus mangga, lapisan 2 pakai whipped cream & lapisan ke-3 pakai sari buah mangga. Supper yumm!❤️

Bahan Lapisan 1 :
250 ml jus mangga instan (me; buavita)
100 ml yogurt mangga
100 ml susu uht
1 sachet susu kental manis
50 gr gula 
1 sachet agar swallow
1 sdt bubuk jelly 
100 ml air mineral
1 bh mangga blender dengan 100 ml air

Cara Membuat ;
Campur semua bahan masak hingga mendidih, lalu matikan api, tuang mangga yang sudah diblender, aduk rata. Tuang ke dalam cetakan. (Cetakan bongkar pasang)

Bahan Lapisan 2 :
1/2 sachet agar swallow
1/2 sdt bubuk jelly

Masak semua bahan hingga mendidih lalu matikan api.

Bahan Lapisan 1 : 250 ml jus mangga instan (me; buavita) 100 ml yogurt mangga 100 ml susu uht 1 sachet susu kental manis 50 gr gula 1 sachet agar swallow 1 sdt bubuk jelly 100 ml air mineral 1 bh mangga blender dengan 100 ml air Cara Membuat ; Campur semua bahan masak hingga mendidih, lalu matikan api, tuang mangga yang sudah diblender, aduk rata. Tuang ke dalam cetakan. (Cetakan bongkar pasang) . Bahan Lapisan 2 : 1/2 sachet agar swallow 1/2 sdt bubuk jelly 250 ml susu uht 100 ml air 2 sachet susu skm 100 ml air 3 sdm gula 85 gr whipped cream mixer dengan 100 ml air dingin Cara Membuat : Masak semua bahan hingga mendidih lalu matikan api. Mixer bubuk whipped cream dengan air dingin kurleb 5 menit, kemudian tuang ke adonan pudding, aduk rata. Ruang diatas lapisan 1. .
