Фузилли с соусом болоньезе и сушенными томатами

Ингредиенты:
✔️говядина 100 гр
✔️фузилли 50 гр (они же спиральки)
✔️томатная паста 2 ст л
✔️1 шт лука
✔️специи по вкусу ✔️1 ст л оливкового масла
✔️зелень по вкусу ✔️сушенные томаты по вкусу 
Отвариваем фузилли на 1 минуту меньше, чем указано на упаковке.
Оставляем 1 стакан воды, ещё нам пригодится
Делаем фарш из говядины и луковицы, доставляем специи!
На оливковом масле обжариваем наш фарш (у меня весь процесс жарки занимает минут 5-7)

Сырный суп с фрикадельками
на 100 г - 71.8 ккал
Б/Ж/У - 3.7/3.9/5.6

Ингредиенты:
Фарш - 150 г
Картофель - 2 шт.
Лук репчатый - 1 шт.
Лавровый лист - 2 шт.
Морковь - 1 шт.
Сыр плавленый - 180 г
Чеснок - 2 зуб.
Соль (по вкусу) - 5 г
Перец чёрный молотый (по вкусу) - 5 г
Вода - 1 л.
Масло подсолнечное - 1 ст. л.
Петрушка (по вкусу) - 15 г
Приготовление:
Лук и морковь почистить. Лук нашинковать мелко, а морковь натереть на крупной терке.
В мультиварку налить немного масла, включить в режим «жарка» и обжарить лук с морковкой до золотистого цвета лука.
Из фарша слепить фрикадельки.
Картофель нарезать некрупными кубиками, а чеснок измельчить ножом.
Плавленый сыр нарезать кубиками.
Как только морковь и лук поджарились, добавить к ним картофель и фрикадельки, налить воды, добавить перец и лавровый лист.
Поставить режим «варка» на 30 минут.
По истечению времени посолить и добавить сыр, укроп, чеснок.

Болеть - это так себе, но если подумать, то есть в этом свои плюсы. Просыпается какой-то любознательный червяк 😁
Вообще, я из тех, кто любит задавать вопросы. На тренировках всегда спрашиваю тренера: а это зачем? А почему вот так? А я читаала.. 🤓🤔 Считаю это проявлением ответственности. Мой знает ответы на практически все вопросы, всегда минует все провокации 😈 Поэтому мне и не страшно довериться ему в каком бы то ни было вопросе.
Для меня это доверие между тренером и подопечным просто архиважно. Сейчас, когда я перехожу на другую сторону, задаюсь целью создавать такое же доверие. Постепенно наполняюсь ответами на возможные вопросы 😌
Короче, днем читаю биохимию, вечером смотрю анатомию, записываю все непонятные моменты в заметки и уже с нетерпением жду когда начнется обучение. Чтобы все прояснить и систематизировать. Подумываю о вышке, но не все сразу 🤔
Настрой рабочий, не смотря на конец недели 💪🏼

Панцанелла󾓩🌱 Не забудьте поставить ❤  лайк за рецепт и сохраняй к себе, чтобы не потерять

Ингредиенты:
- 500 гр помидоров,
- 200-250 гр вчерашней чиабатты или другого хлеба,
- 1 красная луковица,
- 2-3 ст.л оливкового масла, - 1-2 ст.л красного винного уксуса (можно заменить лимонным соком),
- пара веточек базилика и петрушки,
- 1-2 зубчика чеснока,
- свежемолотый перец, соль.

Приготовление:
1. Чиабатту нарезать или порвать руками на небольшие кусочки. Если хлеб свежий, то подсушить его в духовке.
2. Помидоры нарезать на средние кусочки. Почистить лук и нарезать его тонкими полукольцами.
3. Приготовить заправку: чеснок очень мелко порубить, смешать с маслом, уксусом, солью и перцем. Листья базилика и петрушки порвать руками.
4. В большой миске соеденить помидоры, лук, хлеб и заправку. Хорошо перемешать и поставить в холодильник на 30 мин, чтобы хлеб пропитался и вкусы лучше соединились. При подаче добавить базилик и петрушку. .

Gisteren was geweldig! We zijn tot helemaal bovenin de eiffeltoren geweest, naar musee d'orsay en het Louvre (lang leven gratis naar binnen morgen als je <26 bent) en over de champs elysee naar de arc de triomph. Het eten ging wel goed, weinig stress gehad erover en zelfs een muffin als tussendoortje op! Vandaag gaan we naar Disneyland, echt heel veel zin in!
