I have gone through a lot of different pancake recipes and store bought mixes, so far my favorite is @kodiakcakes 🥞🥞They’re protein packed pancake mix is the best. All you need is to add water. Super easyy! I actually add almond milk instead. That’s a little hack to make them even better, but it makes for an easy breakfast and delicious one too ☺️☺️

FINALLY posting my recipe for overnight oats! I’ve been eating these pretty much every day for the past 2 weeks, and I still haven’t gotten tired of them!
-1/2 mashed banana (save the other half to top)
-1/4 C unsweetened vanilla plant milk
-1/4 C oats
-1/2 tbsp peanut butter
-1/2 tbsp chia seeds
-Cinnamon to taste
-Chopped apple on top
-Rest of banana on top
Mix everything together, put it in the fridge overnight, and you’ve got yourself a delicious peanut butter -banana overnight oats! Super easy, super delicious, and completely vegan!
