Over the past few I've considered myself to eat healthy, the odd treat here and there plus a couple of glasses of wine, however my weight has slowly started to creep up on me. And to be honest I've struggled to understand why.

Following the plan in Australia 🇦🇺 so trying to get my head around different brands and checking the different food contents! I'm a size 12/14 aiming to be back in my size 10 dresses with around 18kgto my target weight.
So here starts my journey..... First meal of the day

Low fat yoghurt (free)
Fresh strawberries (free)
