The Sous Vide Que method worked awesome.
1) 145 minutes Sous Vide in Anova precision cooker at 131 degrees
2) Ice bath for 30 minutes
3) BGE at 225 until internal temp was 126
4) Sear over roaring hot chimney starter
I can't get over the char and edge to edge rosy pink color and how soft the fat rendered down! That 4" Ribeye cut like butter!

Pineapple and Veggie Fried Rice
Pineapple fried rice is seriously easy to make. Forget about using pre-packed paste, instead I prefer to use fresh and healthier ingredients. My version is meatless, only the crunch of assorted veggies, the sweetness of fresh pineapple, and with the light seasoning of soy sauce and turmeric is good enough to yield maximum taste. Here's my #recipe
4 small bowls of cooked brown rice
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, julienned
2 cups bok choy, chopped
1 cup green onions, chopped
2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
Light soy sauce, to taste
Turmeric powder, to taste
1. In a hot pan add cooking oil to sauté onions and garlic till aromatic.
2. Add carrots to stir fry.
3. Add rice and mix well ensure rice is heated through.
4. Add turmeric powder and light soy sauce to rice and mix well.
5. Add bok choy then green onions, continue to stir fry and mix well.
6. Add pineapple to combine with everything, serve immediately.
