Abs + Strength:25 done early on a Saturday! I'm going rafting with a group of friends today which usually means junk food and some alcohol. Not this time! I've got healthy snacks and lunch to take with me and a big jug of water 💦. I'm on too much of a roll to mess it up now!

Instead of spending every morning wondering if I will ever sleep again (baby is allergic to sleep) I soothe myself by slicing peaches and placing them in concentric circles on top of coconut milk yogurt. 😂 if sleep deprivation is a battle tactic, my kid is winning the war! But no matter, we will survive, and a pretty bowl of yogurt will help us get through the day in the meantime.
Normally we are advised to eat a low fat, low fibre but high protein and carb option for pre-workout meals ⠀
This is well and good but alot of people don't really know how to put that into practice⠀
So here are a few recommendations - these are my typical foods I have before training, throw in some cereal, yoghurt and fruit in there aswell 🍏🍉🍒
You will likely have to adjust the above meals in some description based on;⠀
➡️ How well you individually tolerate fibre and fat contents ⠀
➡️ Your protein needs ➡️ Your carb needs⠀
➡️ Overall calorie goals ⠀
One is a cleanser the other is a cocktail 🤣
