Hello dinner. So tasty. I love food and I love to run.
Today I smashed a really sweaty workout and I thought I’d share it with you😆!! I’ve recently regained my passion for working out after trying to try out weight training (it’s not for me) for the past few months. I definitely made some glute and arm growth but I don’t think heavy weightlifting e.g. power lifting style is my cup of tea🏋🏼‍♀️! I prefer HIIT/cardio workouts with lighter weights incorporated within it to keep me lean and fit!💪🏼

The workout:
- 25 minutes on resistance 15/25 on the cross trainer
- Glute activation: 20 leg kick backs (each leg), 20 bent leg kick backs (each leg) and 10 side raises (each leg)
- HIIT workout: 20 reps of 10kg weighted sit-ups, 20 reps of 12kg crunches, 20 reps of 12kg step ups, 10 reps of 10kg glute bridges, 20 reps of press-ups on 1/2 medicine ball, 20 seconds of 12kg squat on 1/2 medicine ball, 10 reps of 25kg squats (REPEAT 3 TIMES)
- 40kg individual leg press 20 reps (each leg)
- 80kg wide leg press 20 reps, 3 sets
- 7 minute burn out on rowing machine on resistance 10/10 rowing as fast as you can

Receta en mi web... ( ¡Ah no, que sigue en construcción desde hace un año!) 🤣

Para unas 4 raciones:
2 ajos puerros
4 zanahorias
Triturar.
Sofreír con aceite.
Después de pocharlo, poner en una cazuela y añadir 1/2 de agua ( yo he puesto unos 300 de agua y 200 de caldo de pollo).
Dejar cocer 20'

Breaking fast this morning with banana bread that I made using @sara.haven recipe (w/o honey - and her recipe is SO good yet simple 😊), topped with @siggisdairy new flavor and crushed walnuts. I’m not a huge fan of flavored yogurts with a few exceptions, and Siggis is one of them. This is probably one my favorite flavors! 🙌🏼

Toast deets: 2 slices gluten free bread with homemade peanut butter and raspberry chia jam, sliced banana, bee pollen, walnut pieces, and cinnamon. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350F for 10 minutes and voila #toasttuesday

Ditch starchy sides in favor of this energizing salad of cucumbers and tomatoes. The simple dill-and-lemon dressing complements the grilled chicken without heaping on extra fat or sugar. 
Directions : Smash the garlic clove, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt and with the flat side of a large knife, mash and smear to a coarse paste. Put the garlic paste in a large bowl and stir in the olive oil and lemon juice. Add the tomatoes, cucumber, pepperoncini, and dill and toss. Give a couple of generous grinds of black pepper. Toss again, and set aside. Preheat a grill pan or nonstick skillet to medium high. Spray the chicken paillards lightly with the olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Grill the chicken, in batches if necessary, to avoid crowding the pan, turning once, until cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Place each paillard on a plate and serve topped with the tomato-cucumber salad.

Made this stack for my brother and he gave it the stamp of approval and said that they were the best I've ever made. Not trying to toot my own horn here but tooooot tooooot!!! No fancy shmancy ingredients, just the simple stuff, in a blender, to-go. Let's do this, Happy Tuesday!😊😊

WHO: Almost all ingredients are purchased from @traderjoes. Aside from the garbanzo bean aka chickpea flour from @wholefoods!
WHAT: (PSA one serving makes 6 pancakes) 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup chickpea flour, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder, as many chocolate chips as your ❤️ desires (so mine was 3 small handfuls of dark chocolate)
WHERE: Throw it all into a blender or food processor, except the chocolate chips which you fold in the end! Scoop out about a 1/4 of a cup onto a lower medium heated pan and cook until golden. Top with extra peanut butter and chips because of course.
WHEN: 15 min.
WHY: Wholesome, nutritious, delicious I mean this pancake base is everything. The protein from chickpeas is only absorbed into your body when its combined with whole grains, like oats. So this combination especially with peanut butter protein is gonna give you good gainzzz💪🏼
✨Oh and another tip, (if you don't do it already) when you buy a new jar of peanut butter or nut butter (aka every other week for me lol) try to glance at the ingredients to find ones with no added sugar or oil... you don't need that extra ish!//and for chocolate try to buy one that is super dark meaning it will be rich in antioxidants.. and in caffeine, not that you'll be needing it after this kind of breakfast👅😍🙌🏽

1-آب کمپوت آلوئه ورا و سرکه را با هم مخلوط کنید.
2-به آن فلفل سیاه و نمک دریایی اضافه کنید و هم بزنید.
3-در ظرف مناسبی سبزیجات مورد علاقه خود را طبقه طبقه بدون مخلوط شدن روی هم بریزید.
4-نان سالاد را در طبقات بالایی قرار دهید.
5-در نهایت کمپوت آلوئه ورا را اضافه کنید.
6-سس را در کنار سالاد سرو کنید.

Ricetta:
160 g di farina 00
50 g di farina di castagne
20 g di cacao
150 di zucchero semolato
2 uova
1 yogurt magro
80 g di olio di arachidi
1 mela grossa (o 2 piccole)
10 g di lievito istantaneo
150 g di cioccolato fondentegranella di zucchero
sale un pizzico

Montare molto bene le uova con lo zucchero fino ad avere una crema gonfia a spumosa (minimo 5 minuti).
Aggiungere l'olio sempre continuando a montare fino a che non è ben emulsionato, poi lo yogurt.
Setacciare le farine, insieme al lievito e al sale. Aggiungere alle uova a più riprese e mescolate dal basso verso l'alto.Tagliate la mela a cubetti e unite all'impasto. Versate in uno stampo da ciambella da 24 precedentemente imburrato e infarinato.
Cuocete in forno statico a 170 per circa 45 minuti o fino a che lo stecchino non esce asciutto. Fate raffreddare un po' poi sformate su una gratella.
Nel frattempo tagliate il cioccolato fondente a cubetti e fate sciogliere al microonde o a bagno maria. 
Quando la torta sarà ben fredda colate il cioccolato sulla torta e decorate con la granella di zucchero

This hot turmeric latte(or golden latte) and Friends is honestly the best way to unwind after a long day @ work. Any turmeric lovers here?! I’ve recently started incorporating turmeric in my hot drinks and I’m hooked!!!! I mix equal parts hot water and homemade vanilla almond milk to a tablespoon of turmeric powder (I like mine unsweetened, but add honey to taste) I got mine at a local Indian market, but you can order pretty great quality turmeric powder online- @amazon , @walmart , @brandlesslife has them for under $10! .
Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory benefits and jam packed with antioxidants- but it also helps improve metabolism which is great for digestion and aids weight loss!!! I find myself drinking this whenever I feel bloated or ate a TAAD too much (which I’m so guilty for doing... haha) 〰️
I’m excited to get a milk frother so I can make creamier lattes- but in the mean time, furiously shaking the milk bottle will do 😜 Let me know if you try this & l’m all ears for new ways to incorporate turmeric in dishes as well! Good night world! 😴

okay this is my best recipe so far i swear these cashew chunk chocolate cookies are honestly crack and taste exactly like normal fluffy cookies but BETTA!👅 they are grain free and refined sugar free oh yeah and VEGAN! they were so easy to make and melt in your mouth!! and ingredients on fire!! 🔥also btw i am totally not saying it's bad to have full sugar and gluten cookies (because trust me i love those), but for me i love to make healthier recipes because it pushes me to be really creative! I really enjoy challenging myself and trying to make healthier recipes of things i love! also the cookie dough was so damn good i probably ate 2 cookies worth🙊 Full detailed recipe on the blog which is linked in my bio but i will put a shortened version down below🕺🏼
Cashew chunk chocolate chip cookie recipe🍪 :
1 cup of almond flour
3 tablespoons of coconut flour
1 scoop of vital proteins collagen (optional)
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/3 cup of salted cashew butter
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of chopped raw cashews
1/4 cup plus a tablespoon of dairy free chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F! 
2. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl.
3. Combine all ingredients together and fold in chocolate chips and cashew chunks.
4. Roll into balls and flatten.
5. Bake for 13-15 min! 💥

Between classes, homework, clubs, jobs, kids, you name it, a lot of the time we don’t got the timeee to make ourselves pizza from scratch!! That’s why this account is named SCHOOL SURVIVOR.. we gotta be as efficient as possible and sometimes that means takeout! But just because it’s takeout does not mean it has got to be expensive or unhealthy!
I got this gluten free and completely plant based** VEGGIE PIZZA🌱🍕to-go from a local restaurant for a couple of buckaroos since I couldn’t be bothered to stand in the kitchen and knead dough today :P (but hint hint: stay tuned becauseee I will be experimenting for simple,homemade cheaper options too!)

When you want your order to be a bit more specialized just be polite and ask if the workers know about the ingredients. Make sure to double check that they understood your order to whatever your specific needs may be. This time around I asked for no dairy or eggs since eating an entire cheese pizza jacks up my stomach🤰🏽. A lot say that pizza is soo bad for you and carb heavy😑?? but with all the fiber in these veggies I had no problem whatsoever eating and digesting this whole thing, with a whole lotta energy from great carbs to go on a walk after🤸🏽‍♀️!! If you feel good and you know it’s doing your mind+ body good..it’s healthy, for sure☺️☺️❤️

Today has been a long and tiring one but I smashed everything I did - I got two of my mock results back and I got 48/50 and 35/36🤨!! I have no idea how I managed that but I’m pleased nevertheless😎

This is a high protein dessert bowl inspired by @steph182x protein banana muffins! I changed the recipe slightly because I didn’t have all of the ingredients with me (and I was too lazy to go to the shop)😆
•
You will need:
- 60g flour (I used spelt and rye flour)
- Cocoa powder (to your required taste🍫 - I used 30g)
- 150g yoghurt (I used @alpro 🥥)
- 30g of any protein powder (I used @myprotein vanilla vegan mix👅💪🏼)
- 120g of mashed bananas🍌
- 30ml of almond milk🌰
- 1 egg🥚
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
•
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius🎛
2. Blend all of the wet ingredients together in a hand held blender🥛
3. Pour into a large bowl and stir in the dry ingredients🥣
4. Place into 11/12 cupcake/muffin cases and bake for around 12 minutes⏲
•
Once cooked, I ate two muffins with topped with @asda mini marshmallows, half a teaspoon of @meridianfoods coconut and peanut butter and 30g of walls light vanilla ice cream😋🍧🍫

The macros for one muffin from my mixture were around 70 calories 8C/2F/5P - so not a bad alternative to your average muffin🍰

Meant to post this earlier but had no signal in bear 🐻 woke up at 5:30 to make it up here early so obviously I didn't want to wake up any earlier to make us breakfast. That's where overnight oats came in handy and this was the best one I've made so far! I just filled a mini mason jar halfway up with @traderjoes rolled oats + added @califiafarms vanilla almond milk about 3/4 of the way up + 1 tsp brown sugar + cinnamon. Closed it up, left it in the fridge overnight and then added bananas to it in the morning😋 kept me full all morning and gave me energy for the day⚡️

Happy Monday! 💃🏻💃🏻😊 I was welcomed with a light snowfall this morning and looks like it’s going to be gloomy for the rest of the day BUT I made it to lunch time!! Pretty late lunch today- but I have here a quick and easy stirfry with brussel sprouts, broccoli, fresh cucumber, corn and secret ingredient… 🦐dried Asian shrimp!! First, stirfry around 6-8 of these bad boys on a pan with a dash of water (water is a great replacement for oil!) Do this until shrimps are lightly browned (around 3-5 minutes, add dashes of water in increments to prevent burning). These dried Asian shrimps are AMAZING at giving the dish an Umami flavor, and all you need is a few! Throw in your halved brussel sprouts, broccoli and corn; flavor to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder and low sodium soy sauce. 
FYI : Pro tip for those taking this for lunch the next day: undercook your veggies and mix in cucumbers AFTER you take the pan off the heat. This way, when microwaved the next day, veggies will be fully cooked! (You never want sad, soggy over-cooked veggies!)

Pack this veggie medley over a bed of brown rice in a glass Tupperware (Glass will not leak harmful chemicals in the microwave vs plastic containers) and you have a healthy, oil-free, and nutrient-packed lunch to help you tackle the work day. 💪🏼Let me know if you want more ways to incorporate these Asian dried shrimps!
