1 Sweet potato⠀
3/4 cups peanut butter (make sure that it is JUST peanut butter, with no added ingredients)⠀
1/2 cup of water⠀
3/4 cups of agave⠀
1/4 cup of raw cacao⠀
1/4 grounded oatmeal⠀
1 tsp. baking soda⠀
1 pinch of salt.⠀
1. mix all wet ingredients⠀
2. mix all dry ingredients⠀
3. add dry ingredients to the mix⠀
4. prep a mould with coconut oil⠀
5. bake at 350°F for 20 min (it will come out soggy, but let it cool off and will get the fudgy texture we want :)⠀

120 g buckwheat flour⠀
120 g ground almonds⠀
60 g coconut blossom sugar ⠀
3 tbsp flaxseeds⠀
2 tsp baking ⠀
50 g coconut oil ⠀
100 ml almond milk ⠀
180 g apple sauce⠀
150 g blueberries ⠀
Preaheat oven to 180 degrees celsius (360 F). Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients und fold under the dry ingredients. Add the blueberries and bake the muffins for approx. 25 minutes. Enjoy! #veganfoodvideos

Christmas Tree Salad by @lumadeline 💚 - 4 cups baby arugula
- 2 Persian cucumbers, sliced
- 1 avocado, cut in half and sliced, then arranged into avocado roses
- 1 head buttercup lettuce, bases trimmed and leaves separated
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, use big star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out a star as topper
- 1/2 big carrot, peeled and sliced, then use small star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out stars
- 2 cups of heirloom small tomatoes
- 1 stick of celery, cut in half lengthways
- 5-6 radishes, green leaves cut, leave the root, cut into little ornament style
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted macadamia nuts
- Slices of baguette
Papaya Seeds Vinaigrette:
- 1 tbsp fresh papaya seeds
- 1/2 small shallot
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar, or apple cider vinegar, or white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Pepper, to taste
Blend everything together until smooth. Then drizzle it over the salad.
How it's made:
Arrange the leaves on a very large platter or cutting board in a Christmas tree shape. The platter should be large enough to accommodate a star on top and a trunk on the bottom. Arrange a layer of little buttercup lettuce leaves to create tiers on the tree. Use celery sticks to create the trunk of the tree. Place the bell pepper star at the top of the tree. Scatter cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, radish and macadamia on top. Drizzle papaya seeds vinaigrette or your favorite vinaigrette on top. Decorate the ground under the tree with slices of bread. Serve immediately. #bestofvegan

300g dark chocolate
1 cup hazelnuts
1.5 bananas, chopped + frozen
1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup almond milk
Chocolate-dipped strawberries coloured with blue spirulina, pink pitaya powder and turmeric
Prepare the chocolate-dipped strawberries first and refrigerate. Pulse crust ingredients together until it clumps together. Press into tart pan and refrigerate. Blend ganache ingredients until smooth. Fill the crust 2/3 full with the ganache and refrigerate. Top with strawberries and Enjoy! #letscookvegan

Vegan Christmas hot dogs by @myberryforest 💚
1 package pulled oats
1 dl vegan cream cheese (oat based)
½ red onion or 1 small
3 tsp psyllium (crushed psyllium husk)
Spices: ½ tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp ginger, ¼ tsp ground cardamom, ¼ tsp allspice, ¼ tsp white pepper, ¼ tsp nutmeg, ½ tsp salt & black pepper
1,5 dl parsley & 1,5 dl chopped mint
1 clove of garlic
½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp salt & black pepper
3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 dl lingonberries
1 tsp maple syrup (or other sweetener)
To serve: vegan mayo + bread rolls
Preheat oven to 200C/400F. Blend pulled oats into a fine “crumb” and place in a bowl. Blend cream cheese, onion, psyllium + spices into a smooth paste. In a bowl, combine pulled oats and paste to form a thick batter. Shape into 8 sausages. First cook the sausages in boiling water for about 2 min (two at a time). Next fry them in a pan in olive oil for a few min. And last, cook in the oven for 10 min and let them chill ~20 min. Blend all chimichurri ingredients (except olive oil), add olive oil last. Mix lingonberry sauce ingredients crushing the berries with a fork. To serve: spread vegan mayo on bread, add sausage and sauces. ENJOY!

Too....many...cookies 😧 getting my greens in with a spinach salad with strawberries, onion, figs and a perfectly roasted purple sweet potato. Roasted at 350 for probably 30 minutes with olive oil, salt, pepper and dried basil. So perfectly caramelized, this salad was so filling because of it. I made the dressing with balsamic vinegar, tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Deeeeelicious 😋
Eating out with friends! The ultimate challenge for those that follow an non-conventional eating style*, but today it worked out just fine for me! Today’s plate is so colorful that I just had to share. We went to a small place with a friend and they had this beautiful roasted chicken and a small but perfect buffet that you could choose your sides from. This was so amazingly delicious and I was so full after (could have shared half/half with hubby) that I didn’t ft like dinner...had a cup tea instead. Delicious. Wish you could taste it haha.

Comer fora com os amigos é um desafio e tanto pra quem não come como todo mundo come*, mas hoje foi pra lá de bom. Fomos com um amigo nesse restaurantezinho que tinha um franguinho assado desfiado e um bufê com vácuos acompanhamentos de salada pra você escolher. Colori o prato! E fiquei tão satisfeita (sério, era tão farto o prato que dava pra 2!), que daí nem tive fome na janta (nem vontade de comer), daí tomei um chazinho antes de deitar. Perfeito. .
Eu tento evitar duas palavras: dieta e restrição alimentar. Porque eu não faço dieta, eu tento me alimentar da melhor forma possível pro meu organismo e metabolismo funcionarem de forma saudável. E depois que comecei a fazer isso, minha alimentação se amplificou (e não restringiu) em termos escolhas. Por isso detesto chamar o como eu como de dieta ou o porquê de comer assim de restritivo. .

Kakopak ni skrivnost, da si enkrat, nekoč, želim mali bistro ali malo betulo. Z njegovim razmišljanjem v članku se v več kot 80% strinjam, še posebej pa mi je všeč favoriziranje sveže in lokalne hrane - včasih smo to ključnili #lokalniapril , zelo pomemben pa se mi zdi #nezavrzi del. Četrtkova, še posebej pa sobotna jutra namenim obisku tržnice. In pri nas od vsakega kosa težko pridelane zelenjave resnično ostane jako malo. Nekaj vsekakor pristane v kompostniku na vrtu, ampak to so odrezki, ki jih tudi našemu, 24/7 dežurnemu šrederju zelenjave - morski prašički Lili/Liljani odklonim. Kvalitetna lokalna zelenjava potrebuje le temeljito pranje pred lupljenjem, strganjem, sekljanjem...iz vseh odrezkov pa najpogosteje skuham jušno osnovo, ki je nucna za n rabot. Hkrati pa sem pred kratkim začel še s sušenjem. Vsega živosadnega in živozelenjavnega. Noro kako se okus skoncentrira, če odvzameš vodo. Da podaljšanja roka uporabnosti namesto metanja stran - ne omenjamo. Skratka folk - ne metat stran, cenite delo pridelovalcev. Cenite hrano. Pa sebe. The easiest 5 INGREDIENT GREEN super SMOOTHIE 🙌🏼🌿💚 INGREDIENTS:
100g fresh baby spinach
150g rice milk or any other plant-based milk of choice
250g seedless grapes
100g frozen mango pieces
150g frozen banana pieces
Put all the ingredients into your blender and pulse, then blend until you have a nice texture! Enjoy 🙌🏼

Honey glazed salmon on arugula with roasted summer squash, japanese yams, butternut squash, & brussels sprouts.
Season salmon filet with lemon juice, garlic powder, sea salt, lemon pepper, manuka honey and top with ghee then bake for about 13 mins at 450, broil for 2.. it always turns out buttery and flakey!

#pomegranate , they're here! They require a little bit of work, but I thinks these little ruby colored seeds are worth it. Breakfast this morning is rolled oats with some @nuttin_ordinary_products cheese melted in (trust me it's delicious) topped with pomegranate arrils and cacao nibs.
Vegan double chocolate cookies by @imlilymedina 💗
2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of brown sugar
3/4 cups of Vegan sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) of vegan butter
2 flax eggs (2 tbsp of flaxseed meal + 6 tbsp of water) (mix and set aside till thick)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of vegan chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2. In a small bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl beat butter and sugars until creamy. Then add in the vanilla extract and flax egg until all combined.
4. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix. Finally add in the chocolate chips.
5. Drop about 1 Tablespoon of cookie dough to cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minuets.
