This is a really cute dessert [Sunny Side Up S$10] - bread, caramelised bacon with a "sunny side up" that's made of:
➊ Egg White: coconut foam
➋ Egg Yolk: exotique coulis made of mango and passionfruit
➌ Dash of Black Pepper: Cocoa Bean

🔸на 100грамм - 42.94 ккал🔸Б/Ж/У - 4.17/1/4.25🔸
Куриное филе - 150 г
Кабачок - 1 шт
Помидор - 1/2 шт
Брокколи - 100 г
Морковь - 40 г
Лук - 1/2 шт
Йогурт натуральный - 2 ст. л
Сыр - 50 г
Соль, перец - по вкусу
Кабачок промойте, разрежьте вдоль на 2 части. Аккуратно удалите мякоть, чтобы получились такие себе лодочки. Натрите солью и перцем. Брокколи промойте и крупно нарежьте. Остальные овощи также промываем и нарезаем. Куриное филе режем кубиками. Сыр трем на терке. Разогрейте в сковороде масло. Выложите куриное филе и овощи. Обжарьте 7-8 минут на среднем огне. Можете добавить любые специи по вкусу. Переложите начинку в тарелку. Добавьте йогурт, тщательно перемешайте.
Наполните начинкой кабачки. Сверху присыпьте тертым сыром. Поместите кабачки на противень в духовку. Запекайте 40 минут при температуре 180 градусов.
I realise I eat a lot of brown food. Many of my posts are brown-centric. Or is that because a lot of cooked food end up brown? 🤔 For example, here's chocolate brownie ice cream (brown), on a golden waffle (a sort of brown), sitting on a wooden board (brown). 😂
Anyhoo, it doesn't matter what colour this dessert is, because it is delightful. The rich ice cream was juxtaposed with the crisp waffle, complemented by creamy toasted marshmallows, and accented by slightly tart berries. What a treat!
Affordable and decent pasta dishes at PocoLoco.
1) Burrata ($16)- known as the queen of Italian cheese for its creamy and soft texture, loved this appetizer, but wished Parma Ham was more generous.
2) Manzo ($13) beef pasta in sinfully fragrant truffle cream sauce
3) Pesto ($9)- simple is good!
4) Tiramisu ($6)- well executed cream cheese on espresso soaked ladyfingers.
There's actually pasta competition from nearby Pastamania just two doors down, but will come back for affordable food and cosy interiors!

First time trying Soimay Bandung from @toktoksg 😋 Soimay Bandung is an Indonesian snack consisting of Soimay (steamed fish cake), hard boiled egg, tofu and cabbage in sweet peanut sambal sauce. The sauce tastes like a cross between satay sauce and tahu telur sauce. Pretty nice for sharing. But the highlight at @toktoksg is actually their soup and noodles, which my Indonesian friend says is pretty authentic.

Mimosa - August seasonal cake from @ladymsg 👠
A simple vanilla sponge cake filled with fragrant vanilla custard. It tastes pretty good, but a little too pricey - $9/slice 🍰
They did put effort in the presentation la. Cubes of vanilla sponge cake are placed piece by piece ard the cake, forming a dome shape. Hmm inspired by the esplanade? lol 🇸🇬

Recently, I attended a masterclass by @remymartin & learnt how versatile a cognac can be! Firstly, the differences between a VSOP & XO. I absolutely adore the vanilla scent when I nose the VSOP & its smooth texture upon sipping!
What amazed me more was the #RemyMartin cocktails! There are so many combinations you can do with a cognac , eg: u can simply have it with a slice of 🍫 or some mint 🍃 & sugar!
The taste is just Perfect!

Not 2.5km la..think cos I keep cycle the same route.. #nightcycling by the riverside, free unlimited ride until end of Aug, Obike heavy leh, not that easy to cycle, and the uncle that cycle mobike a few round, much faster than me leh.. couldn't find OFO there, OFO bike are light and easy to cycle.. perhaps it is time to refund the S$49 of obike and put it with mobike, since mobike is quite common now, and heard that it is lighter too.. obike is too heavy though I cycle it many times Liao la
But 7th month coming so I wouldn't cycle at night anymore for a month.. 😰👻
