Korean Style BBQ London Broil
I am super stoked about this recipe. It's packed with soooo much flavor but takes only two minutes to prep, five ingredients and just a quick grill on the BBQ. It's perfect for the long summer shabbos when you'd rather spend more time outdoors than cooped up in a hot kitchen. Actually, it's really perfect for any day of the week!!! Last minute I decided to take the leftover marinade, stick it in a small pot and reduce it down as a glaze since I'm serving the meat Friday night. You can TOTALLY skip this step. Especially if you're using the London broil or the marinade for any cut of meat that your going to add to a salad.

Zest of 1 lime
1/2 c lime juice (abt 5 limes)
2 Tbsp gochujang
1 Tbsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1.5 lb London broil
Put everything besides London broil in a boil and whisk together till combined. Place London broil and marinade in a ziploc bag, squeeze out as much air as possible, seal and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour or over night. Preheat BBQ, or grill pan. Once it is very very hot, add London broil and cook for 6 minutes per side (depending how you like your meat). Allow to rest under a loose price of foil for ten min before slicing. To make glaze, pour leftover marinade in a small saucepan, place over high heat, bring to a boil and allow to cook until it has reduced by half and thickened.

Stopped by to visit @michaelteddyveran with the lil eatsalot (see link for cute photos), and couldn't help but try their limited Vivid special. Granted due to the public holiday trading I missed the multi colour bun - but the vibrant slaw still brightened my day. Belfield does a great buttermilk chicken and I love chicken and gravy so that had me won over. Would have loved a little bit of liquid cheese just to cap off combo. Available for a few more days, get in soon! #belfieldonbotany
