No reservations but took only half an hour to get our table! Here is the famous schnitzel from Figmüller, a place now I would consider one of the best spots to eat at in Vienna, and with the best service! I got recommend this potato salad and it went so well with the pork schnitzel. There was absolutely no rush for us to leave even if there were a lot of people in line. 10/10 would rec!!

Wanted share this bomb recipe with y'all from last night!
Stuffed mushrooms seem so fancy, but in reality, they were super simple to put together, and keep really well so I'm excited to have them again tonight! This recipe came from the recipe book that comes with my workout program! Seriously, there's some of the besttttt stuff in there, and it's all program approved!! •
2 tsp. olive oil
24 large mushrooms, cleaned, stems removed and finely chopped
½ medium onion, finely chopped
1 container frozen spinach, microwaved and drained of excess liquid
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 dash crushed red pepper flakes
½ tsp. thyme
Salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add mushroom stems, onion, and spinach; cook, stirring frequently, for 5 to 6 minutes, or until tender.
4. Add garlic, red pepper, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper if desired; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute.
5. Add cheeses; mix well.
6. Evenly fill mushrooms with spinach mixture.
7. Place mushrooms on large baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
