Visiting Norway was like stepping into a dream. When I'm having days that are challenging or i feel stuck in my day to day I do one of two things to get re-inspired.
I love to search Pinterest for some travel inspiration, or I scroll through my camera roll and move to a place of gratitude and awe as I look back on the places I have been, the things I have seen and the people I have met.
This year has been extremely full of travel. I've been to London, Scotland, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sweden, Norway and now planning my last trip on the year to New York City.
I have always loved travelling but it wasn't until maybe three years ago I really took the jump to make it a priority in my life. When I was working full time it never seamed like I had enough time or money....as I moved to teaching yoga the first year it felt impossible. I was self employed, i was making less money...how would this ever happen. One day there was a shift, sometimes there is never a "right time" to do something. If you want it bad enough and you make it a priority it will happen, the universe will support you in doing so ❤️ I remember before a trip I was nervous to book the flight ....it was $1000 approx, but I booked it and I was excited about the adventure. The next day I received a massive whole sale order on eye pillows that basically covered that cost of the flight, thank you universe! There may never be a perfect time to do something you want ...so do it anyways and enjoy every freaking minute of it!
Lots of love and light would love to know your thoughts on what you have been holding back doing?

One of the excursion on our retreat will be a private sunset boat tour. 5 or so hours on or in water checking out the different beaches, swimming to the volcanic hot springs, enjoying a home cooked meal and of course watching the sunset from the middle of the Aegean Sea 🇬🇷 Pictured here is the hot springs!
