I legit don’t want to ever see her in person and I can’t make up an excuse to not see her cuz then I’ll forget and then she’ll be like “YOU NEVER WANT TO SEE ME” and then I hit her with the “wdym?” And she gets all mad. People going in and out of our neighborhood and in an out of the vacant house across the street. The owners still trying to sell it for several years now. Per one of the neighbors, major foundation issues and they even tried to auction it off but then wouldn't accept the bid. All this effort but they still haven't fixed the foundation. Hmm...🤔🤷♀️
Am I the only one sick of “challenges”? A well balanced diet and regular exercise should become a lifestyle you enjoy - not a challenge!! Maintaining a healthy weight or reducing your blood pressure (etc.) can be challenging, but what you do to achieve your goals should be something you enjoy and maintain - not a challenge!
Slow is sustainable. Be healthy for life, not 8 weeks.
