Once you learn and feel the inner peace that sets you free from feelings of hurt, anger, frustration, you will be less consumed with 'what they did' hating or feeling anger serves only to hold on to the situations that caused the overwhelming feelings that hurt you deeply in the first place.
Let go of all negativity, don't allow the feelings to wash over you, consuming you at the mention of a persons name, you thinking of past conversations or actions with that individual.
I am now in such a positive place in my thoughts and heart ❤️ I no longer give time to past events, because they are just that, gone, past, never returning. They happened in that moment of time, that moment can not come again.
My thought process is now that of "I hope they are well" fullstop!! I will not allow my mind to push further with the thoughts I would have previously gone on to think and allow to consume me.
