I knew I had to try the #unicorn 🦄 drink from Starbucks. Now, before you shame me and tell me it has a lot of sugar & it's not good for you, I'm an adult and can drink what I want. I also don't drink this kind of crap everyday.... I'm pretty sure everyone eats too much bad for them crap... try counting calories... you'll learn.... anyway... I had heard there were only 2 locations left with the ingredients in Iowa City, of course the first location was out, so I called the second and the lady was super excited to tell me they still had it. I arrived and the barista said for my order they would have exactly enough left for a small... so I had the last one in the area. Now.. was it good? I actually liked it, it was like sweet tart ice cream. #socialmediamademedoit#starbucks#frappuccino
I'm not a coffee ☕️ kinda gal but this 👌It's a Caramel Frap with cream. I asked for a drizzle of mocha. Bit of a brave move for me to choose Venti but it was worth it as the sweetness of it all overrides the coffee taste.

Real talk: I FEEL GUILTY AF!
Forgive the spam. I know I haven't been online this week cause there's been a lot going on and it's been really overwhelming; will explain more in the next post.
This morning I had a blueberry bagel with 1/2 grapefruit and a large hot chocolate. I usually put cream cheese and jam on half but I'm out of blueberry jam so I sliced half a banana even though I had the grapefruit too and my head is screaming that it's more than the jam would've been.
The other day I had a really eye opening convo with one of the most awesome person I know. We were talking about how sometimes, we'll choose safer options and have more of it instead of something scarier that has a smaller portion size.
When I came back from boxing I ate and, then, I still wanted something crunchy. I reached for crackers which I do genuinely love but, the other day, I had bought some ketchup chips. I've never liked real chips (fried and all) except for ketchup ones and those super crispy miss vicky's or cape cod kind. I hadn't touched them yet cause, in my mind, I had to eat the whole bag and it was both too scary and I honestly never want that much either. But earlier, when I saw it, I thought I'd rather have that then crackers so I opened it and had maybe a 1/4 of the bag or so and then I was satisfied and I closed it.
I was outside at snack time, it was really sunny and warm today finally. Everyone was walking around with iced drinks or ice cream and my lips were chapped and I just really started to want a frappucino. In that same convo with my friend, we also talked about how sometimes we look up nutritional info before we can stop ourselves, it's automatic. I know the general numbers of fraps and they really freak me out. They're not something I crave often, a couple a yr and I'm good really (kinda like fast food which I still haven't challenged though). I thought of our convo and how I'm trying to not take sugar free etc options anymore (esp since they give me super bad stomach aches!) so I decided to get a custom drink that way, I couldn't even look it up so: Java chip chai frappucino!!🙌🙌🙌🙌.
