A little Friday reminder to not over-complicate. You need not worry about whether your steps are big enough or if your pace is fast enough. As long as you remain anchored to your intentions, your impact is simply inevitable.
I’m finding myself focusing on the simple, small actions that hold so much power. One of which has been this idea that we’re #bettertogether .
I recently partnered with @society_b for a special project around the podcast — when you become a patron of the show, I’m crediting 50% of your pledge back to you once a quarter so you can purchase an item from Society B’s shop — a marketplace filled with do-good products that serve worthy causes + communities around the world.
A simple intention of mine that can have such a significant impact. The ripple effect is real y’all.
So don’t forget that the simple, small steps matter. They really do!

I've got a secret for you that miiiiiiight just blow your mind. Not everyone is supposed to be an educator. You're not a better boss lady because you offer mentoring or workshops. 😱 Your business isn't inherently better than the rest just because you speak at conferences. (Although ALL the power to those of you who ARE meant for those things!! 💪🏽)
So before you go getting down on yourself because you're not educating, remember...everyone is uniquely gifted in very specific and intentional ways. So be the absolute BEST photographer you can be and stop striving to become a celebrity photography educator. Stop thinking your business is doomed because you don't offer any education or speak on big stages.
Be faithful with what you have, work hard toward YOUR dreams and cheer hard for your friends whose goals might just be education.
If that's not your cup of tea, let it go and be exactly who you were designed to be. 😘😘
The complexity of #BusinessValuatuons make it challenging to fully grasp what is involved in the process of valuing a company. The market approach involves finding comparable sale transactions for other #businesses in the same industry or finding comparable publicly traded companies to compare to the subject company.
