So just under 3 weeks ago, I decided it was time for a change. I realized what a funk I had let life get me into. I also began to realize the price I stood to pay if I didn't do something. Today I'm officially down my first 20lbs, and nowhere near finished.
I'm not a morning person at all, BUT I DID IT! I finally made it to the 6am Fit Camp!
Now, we will be faced with the real challenge: make it through the full day of work and then the 6pm Fit Camp!
I REEEEAALLYYYY wouldn't have been able to do this without the encouragement of @swaddlemonkey though!

When you got the gym to yourself and you're in the mood for some country music @samhuntmusic is my go to guy!! Happy vibes to get me through my #cardio today! 12 rounds of Prowler up and back in to seated rope overs in to 30s runs.. Just aiming to keep moving.. definitely a few moments where I felt 🤢🤢🤢
