Microgreens looking like they are growing on a 🛸🚀🛰. This is a pretty cool setup that is not only energy efficient but also doesn’t use much water. The lights being used are LED and create less heat as well as pull less energy than traditional grow style lamps. Coolest part is there is a UV emitting light you can see at the top of the pic. When growing microgreens indoors like this, you are not only creating the perfect environment to sprout seeds but also funky microbes that could make you sick. The uv lamp is actually on a timer going on every couple hours and helps to sterilize the environment so your garnish is good to munch.🖖👽🌱

About last night.... warmed up that chilled Cream of Cucumber soup and it was perfect for a light supper. This time I made it with fresh Cilantro which gave it a beautiful greenish color.
