Got myself my favourite meal - a smoothie and noodle bowl from #freshii . Their food is sooo good and healthy which is always a bonus! I've noticed that even though I've only been doing my healthy eating for about a week I don't crave any unhealthy greasy food anymore. Just the thought of a chai latte from Starbucks makes me feel nauseous (which is sad cuz those are my favourites). It's crazy to see how quickly our body adapts when we put healthy food into it. I definitely feel like I have more energy continuously which is definitely a bonus.
