Watermelon🍉, Feta and Mint 🍃 Salad Recipe the perfect thing for a Sunday! 😅
All you need is:
- About 12 cups of cubed watermelon🍉 - 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil - 3 whole limes, juiced - 1 1/2 tsp salt - 3/4 tsp black pepper - 1 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped) 🍃
-1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
Chop watermelon🍉 into chunks. Then in a small bowl - Whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
Then place the watermelon🍉 in a bowl pour dressing and chopped mint over the 🍉 and toss gently to coat. Then pour crumbled feta and stir gently - then it's ready to serve !
