Brekkie - 2x toast (half HEXB plus 1syn) with bacon & fried egg (1syn for ketchup)
Lunch - @slimmingworld lasagne ready meal, I really liked it! Added sliced light mozzarella on top (part HEXA)
Tea - sweet & sour chicken stir fry - used an Aldi sachet which was 6.5syns so counting 3syns as it was split between 2 of us plus leftovers - served with homemade spicy chips 🍟
Bedtime snack - cuppa, hifi bar (half HEXB), fudge (2) & yushoi sweet chilli & lemon pea snacks (4syns for 21g) I ate half that so counting 2syns 🌶
Stuffed salmon role with spinach, porpochini mushrooms, chives, lemon and bread crumbs.
Food experiment. Love the rare moments I have enough energy to enjoy cooking and go all out!
