Homemade Sushi! These things were hard to roll but I had fun making them. Nori, sushi rice, avo, tofu, cucumber and spring onion. I forgot to buy carrots 🤦🏼♂️and no It’s not salmon in the second pic it is pickled ginger. Also put wasabi and soy sauce. 💚 🍣🌱

As I ride on my bicycle to the stores I often come by these kinds of traps. They have food around them and inside the trap. There’s also a camera mounted, pointed toward the trap, with motion sensors.
“Hunters” and farmers use them to catch hungry animals they don’t like, and they probably catch a bunch of other hungry animals while they’re at it.
Once trapped, the animals are killed in various ways. On YouTube there are many videos of how the animals are killed as the proud hunters put them up for the world to see. Sadly, in many other cases the hunters forget about the traps they have set up and the terrified animal can spend a long time in the trap before the hunter appears.
It breaks my heart when I pass these traps and when I discover new ones.

Really yummy and the lentils and calabash do keep, so you can put the leftovers in the fridge and pack them for lunch the next day😋
