I GRADUATED 🎉 Thank you so much for your sweet messages before my thesis defense! ☺️ I came home and made this amazing lunch for me and friend to celebrate 💃🏼 Spelt buns with bean burgers, caramelized onion, garlic, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, and a home-made sauce (fresh dates, mustard, apple cider vinegar and olive oil 🙌🏼). Plussss sweet potato fries with paprika, Himalayan salt and black pepper with more of the sauce on the side 👅 This sauce is so good, you have no idea 🤤Try it and let me know what you think!

Hi guys, i will start posting more of food pics.. So u can get an idea of what i eat and how much i eat.😊 Triggered from news from Greece about a reporter who died at the age of 37 suffering from anorexia. We have combined food with guilt- that is not the way it should be. Stop counting calories and enjoy food, muscles need energy to function so by starving the only thing you are doing is slowing down your metabolism and risking your health!! The shitty part about this obsession is that you will never get it on your own, so here are some Signs to notice when you've gone too far with fitness and nutrition goals:
1.EVERYONE around you telling you are way too skinny and u need to gain weight.
2. Body % fat below normal. Women normal fat should be around 16-25%, men 11-15%
3. When you body % fat is the only thing u think about and eth you do is around that.
4. When health issues start to appear because of low %fat and low calories diet.
5. When u want to fit in a smaller size of clothes when in fact it should be the other way around. Clothes are made to fit our body not our body in XS.

Got some food from @woolshedfinland at Turku yesterday. Definitely a memorable experience. I loved the to-go packaging, the newspaper-esque wrapping on the burger, and the ingredients were not your usual fast food variety: loved the freshness and crunch in the burger veggies, and even the house salad was a bit more high profile. And the decorations, lighting, design... so pretty! So much to look at, music was great, everything was clean and went perfectly together. Even the advertisement designs appealed to me in their clean cut simplicity and execution.
