How to link mobile with Aadhaar from home
Go to the website of your service provider and enter your mobile number.
You will then an OTP number.
Enter the same on the website
You will get a consent message
Enter your Aadhaar number after checking the consent box
An OTP request would be sent to UIDAI
You will get the OTP if your mobile number is registered
You will get a consent message about e-KYC details
Enter the OTP number after accepting the terms and conditions
Once accepted the authentication will be sent to the mobile subscriber
Call the IVR number of the service provider from the mobile you want to be verified
The IVR will play the consent message and ask for the mobile number
An OTP request would be sent to UIDAI
The OTP will appear on the mobile number
A consent message will be played again on IVR
You will have to share the OTP number on IVR
If correct, the e-KYC details will be fetched from UIDAI
If details fetched are correct then the process will be a success
When I was overweight, I used to pick up Muscle and Fitness Hers magazine every time I saw it at the grocery store checkout line. I’d read story after story of their fitness cover models and think “how in the world does she get a body like that?!” I’m fine with saying that, as a 20 year old newly-married woman, I just wanted to look amazing for my husband! And at 20 pounds overweight, I didn’t look amazing. (Pic 1.) My well-meaning coworkers would say “Katy, you don’t need to lose weight; you look just fine!” But it wasn’t about what they thought was fine...I knew that I didn’t have the body that matched who I was on the inside...and that caused a lack of peace. Being “average weight” was unhealthy and I knew it! I felt it, too, and I was determined to figure out how to get a body that matched who I was on the inside: vibrant, courageous, healthy, fit, sexy, strong, with loads of energy!
In 4 short months using Beachbody routines, I lost 40 pounds of unhealthy fat and slipped from a size 8/10 to a solid 2...and through three pregnancies and lots of life over the past 12 years, I’ve been able to enjoy my life and be my own version of a fitness magazine cover girl 😘 doing my Beachbody routines from my home (pic 2 is me this morning doing Body Beast, Beast Up Legs!) This is an important part of my story: I didn’t just settle at “losing weight,” but I decided to make fitness and healthy eating an important part of who I am. My Beachbody routines change every week, but they get done 6 days a week, for almost 12 years now and I won’t ever quit because hey deliver everything I need!
THIS version of me is where I have 100% “body peace” and it feels absolutely amazing! Little did I know the many other benefits at first...but I get to enjoy life at the level I believe I was always meant to be in.

We all love to feel calm and relaxed without taking too much effort to do so. And doing a yoga nidra practice on a regular basis is a great way to get into this blissful restorative state. Furthermore, you can do it lying down!
What is yoga nidra?
It is a beautiful practice of taking you into deep space between consciousness and wakefulness. It helps you release tension and stress taking you into a state of peace and calm. You have also heard it be called ‘psychic sleep’ taking you into a sacred space tapping into your deepest thoughts, feelings, emotions, and desires.
In this guided practice, you consciously take your attention to different parts of your body through the rotation of consciousness. You are focussing on each part of your body to bring you into the present moment. As a result, this helps you conserve energy and to relax your body, mind, and soul. It is both a body scan as well as a breath awareness meditation.
Yoga nidra gives you the opportunity and a space to explore what you need right in this moment. And the chance to work on releasing long-held emotions. It is about conscious practice, not conscious effort.
