Just wanted to share this video from today’s workout
looking forward to progress on these movements and maybe you will try them as well:
1️⃣straddle front lever 3x3 3second holds
2️⃣straddle back lever 3x3 3second holds
3️⃣pull up to front lever pull 8x5r
Play with the sets and reps as you like and I’ll see you next time 😁
Planche injury progression♦
After almost a year since I injured my lebrum ,I couldn't do any pushing excercises that at the top of them is obviously the planche.
The doctor told me that I must do surgery ,but I ingored it and decided to recover my injury with the muscles that surround the lebrum .(strength them).
