This is my second month into the 30 days healthy living program and feeling lighter more energized and happier. I love this program because it caters for everyone! Being fructose intolerant I would struggle to find nutrition that didn’t contain fructose. The recipes are perfect as well! Basically, It teaches the everyday person how to fuel their body with clean wholesome food and nutrition that is vegan, gluten free and non GMO- eliminating toxic food that only makes you feel fat, tired, moody and miserable. We kinda just get use to feeling like that not knowing any better. It’s never a good time then the present to start feeling great and to make some changes to improve your health. ✨ CURRY || Avoiding both onion and garlic when you adore a good curry can be somewhat impossible.  However, last week my neighbours, who are Burmese, cooked me 3 different types of curry with absolutely no onions or garlic, despite those 2 ingredients being the base for all Burmese dishes, and they were delicious.  I enjoyed one so much that we had it 2 nights in a row at home.  I heated olive oil on a low heat, added Ginger, Coriander, Turmeric, a small amount of Chillie Flakes and some Garam Masala. Once heated, I added the chicken and let it marinate in the oil mixture for at least 10 minutes at medium heat.  Once the chicken was cooked, I added in a splash of blended tomatoes, a splash of coconut milk and then layered on lots of spinach.  The rice I made was cooked with both Turmeric and Garam Masala.  Once cooked I mixed the rice through the curry and boom! Add 1/2 a tablespoon of garlic infused olive oil & a little butter to a hot pan. Stir fry 2 tablespoons of chopped chives & the chopped green tops of spring onions, 1/2 cup spinach and 1/2 - 1 cup of zucchini noodles or thin strips (depending on your tolerance level to it) until softened. Beat two eggs in a bowl, pour into the pan. When the bottom of the omelette is golden, carefully flip your omelette over in the pan to cook the other side. Once cooked, slide your omelette onto a plate and sprinkle with feta cheese, some pine nuts, chopped chives, chilli flakes & salt & pepper to taste! 
Serves 1.

Um ihn noch etwas aufzupeppen, habe ich ihn mit einer Glasur aus Frischkäse, geschmolzener Butter, Traubenzucker und Vanille bestrichen und mit Glitzer bestreut 🙈😊 Rezept für den Gugelhupf: 
5 Eier
250g Traubenzucker
250 ml Eierlikör
250 ml Öl
250g Mehl
1 Pck. Backpulver
Meine Erfahrung bei Traubenzucker: bei deutlich niedriger Temperatur länger backen..da hilft nur das berühmte "Gefühl" 😉

I promised to post more recipes and couldn't hold my promises... I'm sorry but I had very long and hard days at the university the last weeks... But now finally I have the time to share my recipe for the great pumpkin Tarte Flambee (Flammkuchen) with you!
You need one hokaido pumpkin. Cut it into slices (with or without pumpkin shell) and rost at 180 °C until its soft. While roasting the pumpkin prepare the dough - Its made of  250g flour, 2 Tablespoons of Oil, 125 ml Water and a littlebit salt. Treat the dough with a rolling pin until its very thin, roll it up on a baking paper and unroll it on a baking tray. Cover with Ricotta, place the pumkin slices on the Ricotta, salt it and give some pepper over it. I placed also some rosemary on the pumpkinslices. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 250 °C. Enjoy 😊

Dafür braucht ihr einen Hokaido Kürbis welchen ihr aushölt und in Scheiben schneidet (ruhig die Schale dran lassen). Dann backt ihr die Scheiben bei 180 °C bis sie weich sind. Derweil könnt ihr den Teig aus 250g Mehl, 2 El Öl, 125ml Wasser und einer Prise Salz zubereiten. Diesen wellt ihr so dünn wie möglich aus, rollt den Teig auf ein Backpapier auf und entrollt ihn auf dem Backblech. Den Teig bestreicht ihr mit Ricotta und legt die Kürbis Scheiben darauf. Danach salzen, pfeffern und gerne noch mit ein wenig Rosmarin garnieren. Das ganze wird für 20 bis Minuten bei 250 °C gebacken.
