💥Fruit and Vegetable Serving Sizes Guide💥
🍏I would like to think it's common knowledge to include lots of fruits and veggies in your diets. They are packed full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber, which are all important for improved health and body function. Question is, how much should you eat?
🥕The recommendation was 5 servings of fruit and/or veg a day. Recently this has been upped to 10 and I wholeheartedly agree. I would also say aim for a ratio of 1:3 fruits to vegetables. This may sound like a lot of servings but as you can see from the graphic it shouldn't be too difficult
🌽Also don't worry about overconsumption, how many people have become overweight from eating too many apples or cucumbers? 😂 Here's a few tips on how to get your 10 servings a day:
🔹Include fruit and/or veg with every meal or snack you eat
🔹Add less filling veggies to meals, such as onion, garlic, pepper to mince or stews
🔹Make giant salads with plenty of leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, carrots and beetroot
🔹Make your own smoothies; you can easily fit 5 portions at least into a homemade smoothie. Just make sure you still eat whole fruits and vegetables at other times of the day .

Good morning everyone, how are you guys doing? Me I am well thanks for asking 😉 so I have been tryin to create content but ahh things don’t always go as planned, some vision just can’t withstand reality😂 anyways I thought I’d give you guys an oldie raw carrot cake.
Super simple to make and very delicious
3 carrots grated finely
10 majool dates pitted if not majool 20
Zest of half orange
Zest of half lemon
1cup rilled oats or more if needed
1/2 cup peacans or walnuts
1/4 cup coconut oil
1:4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 vanilla extract
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Add all ingredients to blender except nuts and seeds
Blend until well mixed and firm
Chop nut roughly and add nuts and seed to mix.
Place mixture in a spring form pan and place in the fridge overnight or for at least four hours to set.
To serve sprinkle with coconut and decorate with carrot roses

Topped with oats and frozen berries. A kettle late for the perfect lighting, but never fear tomorrow is Monday and then Im have to be up before the crack of dawn, I sure you know the feeling. Until then I wanted to leave you guys with this thought. Letting go, though hard to do, is a very liberating experience. And I am not going to insert some Buddhist/ Tao quote. Because like you guys, it’s nice to know and be inspired but getting to the point of letting go, that’s the real hard/ look at yourself in a real way/ let’s grow up thing. So if you have trouble letting go I would like to suggest that it’s something you should practice everyday. If you keep having recurring bad thoughts, tell yourself, these thoughts don’t serve me, they are the past, and most times the past is just in your head, (sometimes you can leave it on the internet) when you catch yourself replaying a situation to death In your brain. Say pause I must be present. Because living in the past robs us of seeing our daily full potential. Practice this daily, and you will get stronger. And letting go will get easier.
