Sacred geometry is the nexus point between physics and mysticism. It is the realm where infinities live within finite forms, and the chaos of creation is brought to order.
The true beauty of sacred geometry is that it satisfies both the right and left brain. Elegant expressions of compelling proportional relationships simultaneously activate the intellectual and artistic functions, merging the rational with the abstract.
In nature, we find patterns, designs and structures from the most minuscule particles, to expressions of life discernible by human eyes, to the greater cosmos. These inevitably follow geometrical archetypes, which reveal to us the nature of each form and its vibrational resonances. They are also symbolic of the underlying metaphysical principle of the inseparable relationship of the part to the whole. It is this principle of oneness underlying all geometry that permeates the architecture of all form in its myriad diversity. This principle of interconnectedness, inseparability and union provides us with a continuous reminder of our relationship to the whole, a blueprint for the mind to the sacred foundation of all things created.
Many forms observed in nature can be related to geometry (for sound reasons of resource optimization). For example, the chambered nautilus grows at a constant rate and so its shell forms a logarithmic spiral to accommodate that growth without changing shape. Also, honeybees construct hexagonal cells to hold their honey. Sunflowers contain spirlas that move clockwise and counter-clockwise. These patterns are derived naturally from the Fibonicci Sequence, closely related to the Golden Ration (phi) and other "sacred" growth patterns.
Explore the geometry underlining all of nature and open yourself to a wider vision of reality. Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better. #Consciousvibrancy

I love flowers🌹it doesn't have to be roses, a simple dandelion would do too💛but speaking of roses, have you guys noticed how nowadays it's really difficult to find real roses! And i mean older varieties with that heavenly scent?! most flowers look pretty but don't have that fragrance! So not sure if these are heirlooms but at least they have a nice scent!
because i be loving myself. and the kissy face will always be a classic for me. i am witnessing my evolution. such a lovely flower i am, blooming. an extraordinarily sweet, nourishing, abundant fruit. my skin is so rich, sometimes i want to lick it. i smell of lavender and the salt of the sea. i've never felt this beautiful in the raw. i can't even remember the last time i was completely natural. i am returning to my childlike essence ~ light, free, playful, creative, joyous, overflowing with love. i've been smiling, eating fruit, dancing, singing, being charged by the sun and cleansed by the ocean, grounded by the earth and lifted by the fresh air. the energy here has welcomed me graciously. i can move. i can breathe. my womb is vibrantly guiding me as she is ecstatic to be living in our natural environment. my dreams have been vivid premonitions. natures magic is the realest. i am experiencing the most divine connections ~ hugging, kissing, expressing, laughing, exploring, teaching, learning, celebrating life and one another, like nothing matters more than this. wow, the beings that show up when you are riding the love frequency. thankful to be purely loved and to truly love, as i am. shout out to my mama for hooking up these cheek bones; didn't think i'd have them but these days i see more of her fineness in me. my radiance is a direct expression of the Light of God. i no longer question the way the divine loves to shine through this vessel. pura vida + one love. i have faith and i give thanks. always.

Over and over again researches show that heart diseases are some of the greatest killers of the modern man and tightly correlated with meat based and fatty diets, along with unhealthy lifestyles.

The standard American Diet (SAD) doesn’t think of plants as source of water. We naturally think water is something far removed. Something only to be poured in a container. With most fruits containing between 87 to 89 percent water, water from fruit is the cleanest water we can get in 2017 💦 .
Try to replace one snack with a fruit today. Whether it’s sliced cucumbers and tahini, an apple 🍎 or a kiwi🥝 . Even bananas are 87 percent water; the density may have tricked you to think other wise 🍌! There are several options to hydrate and nourish the body.
If you are going to eat more fruit today comment with a 🚀 spaceship.
So yeah, the marang situation didnt look good out here till yesterday. Chippy says I must have manifested this. We drive by the street market - usually full of fresh tuna & bananas - and we see a fruit stall decorated with hanging marangs like its a Christmas tree. They are huge, plump & greenish in colour just as we like them. We move in for the kill and buy all 8 of them. I cry from happiness right there at the stand. We pass another stand. Another 5 hangs, we buy 4, with one ripe one which we eat on the spot. More tears of joy on my side. We drive home & hang eleven 2-kilogram beauties on the ground floor of our bungalow (By the way this is inside our charming beach bungalow. Just look at the traditional Philippino 3D hand-woven bamboo mesh that makes the structure of our air-in-air-out walls. Ingenious!) As I write this the next morning, I can already tell you three of them are ripe to eat today filling our house with their irresistible smell!) And then, with 22kgs of marang hanging on our walls, when I thought things get better - they did. At 5pm we drive into town for our daily durian haul. The day before, I had told Maria, one of the durian sellers, to keep an eye out for marang for me - she brings the fresh durians from Maragusan everyday so we figured she might have access to marang considering how much of it we saw growing there in the region. We arrive and she says she'll have marang for us. We ask how much marang - with her hands she air-draws a bag up to her waist (!) How many kilos we ask. About thirty she says.... we look at each other in disbelief. With consistent 10/10 durian and now this, things literally cannot get better 🙏☺️✨
If there was anything I wished for here in distant Mati, it was marang. We had a 'no day goes without marang' policy, but on the most part they were scarce. Durian being Simon's fav fruit, I have to say I was equally excited for the marang in the Philippines - its just so much harder to find than durian anywhere in the world! So far, we've only eaten marang in Borneo in Philippines, but Ive had peeps saying it grows in Brasil too. Its delicious melt in your mouth texture & vanilla-lime-marshmallow taste get me tickled pink excited about this fruit. Our first breakthrough was discovering we can buy them hard and hang them to ripen overnight or over a few nights. But of course - thats what the sellers do. You see if you wait for a ripen marang to fall offa tree at your feet like durian, you will be waiting forever. The fruits never fall, when ripe, they shed the skin with the help of birds & monkeys who lured by the uber-intense smell eat the fruit while it still hangs on the tree. And what a smell it is! The smell of the marang is way more intense than durian for me right now, I can smell a marang hidden at the bottom of somebody's truck from the other end of the fruit market. I can smell a marang tree while we drive by on the motorbike at full speed. Its just so intense and nothing like the durian, yet nothing else screams tome 'eat me now!' like the marang nowadays. When we drove to Maragustan in the mountains it was obvious that the locals dont harvest them. There was plenty of loaded fruiting marang trees on the drive up, and then only one stand at the market had them. On the drive back, we smelled out a loaded marang tree in someones garden. We knocked on the door and asked why they dont pick the fruit - the lady said there's not much food in it so they cannot be troubled. So there you have it - its just not a sought after fruit here (!) Why dont we forage them ourselves then? The trees are simply too big. Some of the biggest trees out here. You'd need a hell of a long stick with a knife at the end of it and some serious climbing skills to score some. Not to mention they often grow hanging off cliff tops (continued in next post...)
