My top 5 winter veggies/fruits at the moment are: celery root - I use it for curry or just dip it into a great dressing. Pumpkin - well I love pumpkin soup and dressings, carrots - for dressings and to make raw Xmas biscuits. Dino kale because it’s just too good to be true and so nutrition dense. I just love it in my salad. And last but not least pomegranates. I add them on top of salads or eat them straight.

Dozens, dozens of truck like this one leave Tigalingga every morning. Im happy to report all durian shipped away is fresh, fallen in the night. The excess durian that doesn't fit onto the trucks rots locally or is converted to durian paste by entire families of women sitting on the porch and opening durians and converting them into durian paste in gigantic plastic buckets.
❎FALSE❎!!!!! using fire to cook food is one of the most detrimental things we as humans could ever do to our food.... Chemistry shows us that when we add heat to something, it changes form on a molecular level, meaning it is no longer what it was before....sorry fam but Dr. Sebi got y'all bamboozled with this bull 💩💩 we the only species that uses fire to cook food.... That in itself is proof enough that cooking is unnatural. Everything that we are biologically designed to eat is perfectly sun cooked and tree ripened to perfection.... Cooking isn't necessary when you eat the stuff....Raw is best💯💯💯

Whole wheat crepes filled with fruit, nuts and chocolate by @happyvegannie 💖
Recipe (servings 7-8 crepes approx): 2 cups whole wheat flour. 2 tbsp brown sugar. Pinch of ground stevia leaves. 1 tsp cinnamon powder (optional & highly suggested). 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1.5 cups plant milk. 1/2 cup water. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
Blend all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous batter. Place the crepe batter in the fridge for 20 mins (This improves the crepes texture).
Heat a small non-stick pan and grease it a little bit with coconut or olive oil. Pour approximately 4-5 tbsp approx of batter into the center of the pan and swirl to spread evenly.
Cook for 30 seconds and flip. Cook for another 10 seconds and remove. Lay them out flat so they can cool.
Repeat until the batter is over. Serve with fruit, peanut butter, chocolate, maple/agave syrup, etc.

My parents treated me with a vegan restaurant (they are not vegan, neither plant based), and here is what we got served: my dad took some "foie gras" as starter, and then some "raclette" cheese plate. My mum ordered some raw noodles with a cashew curry sauce, and for me, they specially made a fruit bowl! 💜 Persimons and apples. All organic. How sweet of them? I also got twice a fresh organic juice of celery, ginger, Apple and cucumber. We all were very satisfied, with both the food and the place in itself. 😊 They also told me to call them ahead for the next time, so they could prepare me a truely nice fruit plate. 💜 Yes, it's possible to remain social with food and still only eat fruits.
