Yesterday’s Facebook live I made blueberry and banana overnight oats 🍓❤️ such a quick and easy breakky option. I just mixed oats, coconut milk, blueberries, banana, chia seeds and a little Greek yogurt all together and then left that in a bowl overnight. Then this morning I topped with Brazil nuts, walnuts and raw cacao nibs ❤️ super yummy!

I have recently discovered smoothie bowls. From my understanding they are basically smoothies but thicker and are eaten with a spoon. The problem with smoothies is they can sometimes be more juice like and watery and become a false filler. They temporarily trick the body into thinking it is full but then hunger comes back shortly after. This is where smoothie bowls come in!

And the benefits were increase blood flow, oxygen, and I could smell the grass being cut from across the field..less joint issues and skin was glowing!!
