A lot of clients ask me if they should quit eating #fruits ?
There are sugar in fruits. Natural sugars. They have a function for your body. Fruit also consists of fiber, vitamins, phytonutrients and minerals.
Fruit is delicious and gives us energy (combined with other foods).
I rather have you choose fruits over chocolate, cookies and cake EVERY TIME.
I know that some women restrict their fruit intake because they're scared of sugars and later on, they binge on unhealthier foods.
By the way, I don't recommend drinking fruit juice but that's a story for another time.😂
