Spreading the love one smoothie bowl at a time, go ahead and jump on the bandwagon with me! I blended up blackberries, pineapple and coconut milk. And on top I chopped mango, banana, blueberries, cashews, pumpkin seeds, Chia seed, cocoa, and drizzled some raw honey. So for everyone finishing their work week, remember to do what makes you smile☺️ so I eat more Fruit!!
Such an amazing dinner by @therawadvantage and the kitchen stuff :) I hardly took pictures during the festival just because I wanted to be in the moment. we had such an incredible experience. It's was so great to be in the same place with like minded people that share the same passion to health and overall development as a human being. Met so many amazing people, ate an amazing food, and heard amazing lectures from an amazing persons. So grateful 😁
