Dips: 3 x to failure, hard contractions (various most muscular poses) between sets
Cable flyes: 3 x to failure

Anterior and medial delts:
FST-7 superset: db lateral raises + isolateral isometric holds (5,4,3,2,1 method) + lateral raises to failure ss w/ cable (rope) front raises to failure (7 sets)
Cable behind-the-back lateral raises: 5 x 15~failure each

Triceps:
Soft-grip pushdowns ss w/ straight-bar pushdowns: 4 x 20~failure

So 7 sets with 20 seconds rest and during this ''rest'' eather stretching or squeezing the quads. So yeah, not rest, more 5mn of pure pain without stop. We did same for calves.

Donc 7 séries avec 20 secondes de repos et durant ce ''repos'' on étire ou on contracte les quads. Donc non, pas vraimentde repos, plutôt 5mn non stop de pure douleur. Today’s workout was brought to you by @unleashdnutrition who so kindly mailed me some free samples! I really liked the Pre3 cherry limade which surprisingly tasted like actual limade. I say that cuz I’ve had several supps with that flavor but none of them come close to this flavor which was on point. It gave me the energy and pump that I desire and I smashed some shoulders. Post workout I tried their pasture-fed whey protein isolate. The ingredient panel is exactly what I look for in a good whey isolate. Flavor was peanut butter chocolate cake. I’m not a huge fan of this type of flavor, I’m more of a plain chocolate type of guy. But they nailed it with the peanut butter flavoring. Tasted real and not fake. After Monday’s leg session I didn’t think it could get any worse. Just when I thought I was out of the deep water BANG today’s shoulder session brought me back to reality with a punch In the face.

The supersets in this phase are ridiculous the burn is something else and the pump is there from literally the first 2 warm up sets

✴️Make sure to keep your elbows in and do not use a jerking motion to move the weight. If you're having to bend and contort your body to curl it, it is TOO HEAVY! I use my quads as a stopping point, it keeps a better TUT on your biceps and focus on your muscles instead of using momentum to get the weights up past the starting point.

On a real note, hit some custom made 150lb dumbells for a few sets on stiff legs. Really trying to get my hamstrings to grow for the upcoming season, legs in whole really though. Je to závěr treninku FST-7 od trenera Hanyho Ramboda ( trénuje The Rocka, Phila Heatha, Jeremyho Buendiu). Jde o 7 sériích, které se dávají na konec trenované partie k dosažení co největšího napumpování svalu tzn. Lepší růst svalů. 
Ale není to o tom odjet jen 7 serii a konec, používají se u toho různé techniky. 
Dejme tomu, že mam udělat 7 serii po 5-8 opakování. Takže si odjedu 5-8 opakování a hned potom následují partial reps (částečně opakování) a těch se udělá 5 opakování. Před tim než začnu dělat partial měl bych skončit např u 8 opakování maximálně vyčerpaný aby partials byli vynucené. Po odzvedaní přichazí zatínání dané partie po 10-15 sekund, tim dojde ještě k většimu prokrvení tzn. Větši růst svalů. Potom 30sekund pauza a jdem na další serii. Tak to by jsme měli, takhle odjedem 6 sérii a 7 pojedem trochu jinak. 
U 7 serie se před partial reps přidají na poslední 3 opakování buď vynucená opakování nebo negativní nebo zatínání v konečné fazi opakování. 
Věř mi, že po celem treninku tě tohle fakt uplně zničí a druhý den zažiješ bolest, kterou jsi ještě nezažil/a 😜💪💯🔥

Woke up this morning and all the blood was still in my legs tried to avoid looking in the mirror because I knew how flat I was going to look in my upper body but I couldn’t resist,  looked in the mirror and yes you guessed it .... flat as a pancake.

But thank god for chest days 😄

My body fat is reducing week by week but I’m maintaining most of my muscle mass so the pump I got today again was immense ( 🎥video up soon ).

Slowly but surely my physique is starting to take shape so it’s just a case of keeping the levels of intensity in every session until I move back into my final mass phase 🔑

Most people when it comes to training legs aren’t sadistic enough. You have to remember you’re standing on them all day everyday which makes them very resilient.

If you want them to grow get in the gym and beat the hell out of them not being able to walk for a few days should be the norm and when that stops happening you need to get even more sadistic ( refer to my last post 👉)

Transformations happen when you are given a task and follow it to the letter training legs is hard but in order to change them you have to do what you have to do.

Yes it takes time and yes you to be patient like everything else so if your not training them hard enough or not at all now is the time to start.

Can't believe I have never done this exercise before. Had to put a resistance band to make sure the bar doesn't rack in the middle of a rep. Definitely something I'll be doing on a regular basis going forward. The form will get better with experience I guess:p
