But I was like nahhh Queen you got this. So I had to go to my picture from April 25. I could still be that big or even bigger. I forgot how much it sucks to get back on eating right for the first week or so.
I'm hungry. And I'm saying all the positive quotes in my head that are like "hunger is fat losing" and "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels". It'll be fine in a week or so. Just gotta make it through.
Anyway, I'm coming home for lunch and cooking so its far less tempting to eat something stupid from a store.
After finishing my chicken tacos, I turned to see the animals have taken over the kitchen.

this filter makes me wish i work big glasses and had freckles all year round 🤷🏼♀️ i didn’t work out yesterday because i was having major tummy issues. i’ve had too many processed foods lately and i need to get back to eating more fruits and vegetables. so that’s my plan today! i had granola cereal for breakfast with my shake mixed with water because i’m out of almond milk 🙈 so extra protein and vitamins for the win! also i’ve been drinking spark again and i just missed it so much. i was drinking red bull’s every day, and the only thing i miss is the fizzies. i plan on getting another 1.5 miles in tonight after i get off work. i just have to get some sort of walk/run in and become consistent! it sucks when your body is all whack and makes you feel like crap. more fruit and veg is going to help i think. so that’s my plan for the rest of the week!
