Hey guys just showing you a few more meals from the week. Who says healthy cant be delicious and large portions. Both meals under 600calories( Ok lunch was 601 but close enough lol). The biggest thing I find people struggle with is creativity in the kitchen. To be honest breakfast is typically the same and lunch and dinner. A lot of people ask me don't you get tiered of the same thing everyday? The answer is no because it's actually different. Seasoning your food with different herbs and spices go such a long way. Makes the same old thing bright and vibrant again. So friends out their in the social media world I challange you to spice things up today try something different you might be surprised you might actually like broccoli or brussel sprouts lol.
