Haaaaaaaappy Thursday! I'm not a big breakfast eater but I found that I make such better choices with my food all day when I actually cook a meal for breakfast, rather than grab something like, say, Cinnamon Toast Crunch 😬😬😬
Today it was chicken sausage, egg white omelet, and sauteed spinach and peppers, and a big apple on the way to the gym. Feeling fueled up for this workout!

It's definitely been a hot second since I've shared a breakfast creation with you guys!! That's mostly due to the fact that my breakfasts have been extremely boring or I've been skipping them and going to all you can eat sushi for late lunch instead...
Protein Pancakes! ✔️25grams of whatever protein you have (I used @debskens Myprotein Impact Whey Smooth Chocolate)
✔️Whole egg x1
✔️Smidgen of water (it should be a pancake batter consistency)
✔️MyProtein chocolate flavour drops ♥️I whizzed this up with a hand blender but it can be done in a nutri bullet or whatever you have
♥️Spray pan with 1 Cal spray
♥️Let it heat up nice and hot
♥️Pour mixture onto pan (make pancakes however big or small you want. It's self explanatory that the smaller the pancakes, the more Pancakes you get so it looks like you're getting more - diet hack 😉)
♥️Flip pancake when bubbles appear on top
♥️Stack 'em up!
Toppings I used:
💠Meridian crunchy peanut butter
💠PB2 chocolate 12grams
💠15 grams of blueberries
💠15 grams of raspberries
💠Brannan's Turkey rashers from Lidl x2
And there you have it! Saturday mornings done right!
My beloved nighttime sleepy bye byes oats! ♥️ 60grams oats
♥️ water (until it covers an inch over oats - the more water the fluffier the oats 👌🏼)
♥️ sea salt flakes
♥️ frozen blueberries 30grams
♥️ frozen raspberries 30grams
✔️ pour into saucepan over medium heat constantly gently stirring (put Love Island on in the background 😉)
♥️ 12grams of PB2 chocolate mixed with small bit of water
♥️ Dr Zak's Salted Caramel peanut butter - to diiiiieeeee for. Nothing else compares!!!!! C55|P23|F18 not the most macros friendly but it fits in seamlessly to want I eat daily

Shoulder boulders doing some much needed developing. I have twig-like features walking into the gym on an upper body day. But when I walk out... The twig-like features have lessened somewhat but are still apparent 😒
Tried out @barebells Cookies & Cream yesterday. There was such a kerfuffle (yes that's how you spell 'kerfuffle' - fav word ever) about them.
Gonna do a bit of a @tea.to.triceps on it here. I did refrigerate them so perhaps that might not have helped? The brands concept is pretty cool - 'functional foods'. It has to be said, anything that the Nordics do tends to be fairly awesome (Barebells originated in Sweden). I gave them 6/10.

Nothing someone in prep couldn't work with if they wanted to. Wouldn't mind trying their other flavours.
The negative 4 marks came from the cheap chocolate taste and the crispy balls not being a great texture. But again, I chilled the bar in the fridge so that might be been my own doing.

Slowly but surely. Change in my weight from day 1 has actually only been 4.4kg in 2months. To some people that wouldn't be a lot but tbh I didn't have a huge amount to lose. Consistency is what's leaning me out. That said my weight spiked up for the second day in a row which I'm putting down to eating late and eating a lot (carb hoarder over heeeeere 👩🏼🎤) and hormone-y things. I'm still a long long way out though so to say it's not bothering me in the slightest is an understatement. Fluctuation is normal.

Working lunch.... What's new.... Can I just give a shout out to broccoli! I can eat the whole damn bag (315g) of steamed florets and it's only 105 calories and 15 carbs! You the real MVP broccoli! 😆 the damn 122g of chili sweet potatoes 25 carbs uhg and 145g cilantro-lime, cumin chicken breast 65g protein! Still on point for a successful day! Didn't feel super great in the gym today, but still did work. Still working on that straight grip ...
