Hey guys just showing you a few more meals from the week. Who says healthy cant be delicious and large portions. Both meals under 600calories( Ok lunch was 601 but close enough lol). The biggest thing I find people struggle with is creativity in the kitchen. To be honest breakfast is typically the same and lunch and dinner. A lot of people ask me don't you get tiered of the same thing everyday? The answer is no because it's actually different. Seasoning your food with different herbs and spices go such a long way. Makes the same old thing bright and vibrant again. So friends out their in the social media world I challange you to spice things up today try something different you might be surprised you might actually like broccoli or brussel sprouts lol. So let me know some of your favorite recipes on favorite spices.

Haaaaaaaappy Thursday! I'm not a big breakfast eater but I found that I make such better choices with my food all day when I actually cook a meal for breakfast, rather than grab something like, say, Cinnamon Toast Crunch 😬😬😬
Today it was chicken sausage, egg white omelet, and sauteed spinach and peppers, and a big apple on the way to the gym. Feeling fueled up for this workout!

It's definitely been a hot second since I've shared a breakfast creation with you guys!! That's mostly due to the fact that my breakfasts have been extremely boring or I've been skipping them and going to all you can eat sushi for late lunch instead...
