Arriving in New-Delhi is not easy for someone from Germany. When diving into this density of people, poverty and pollution, your head is overwhelmed with all the stimuli pretty fast. You don’t know where to look, as so many things are happening around you. You don’t know where to go, as you seem to stand in the way of every Tuk-Tuk, Riksha and Car. You don’t know in what direction you should move your nose, as in one direction odors of tasteful indian food await you and in the other smells of excrements and garbage. Delhi is loud, dirty and full of life. This makes it depressing and exciting at the same time. I’m happy to be here!

Need a quick and easy smoothie/snack idea to pick you up in an afternoon or hold you over until dinner or post-workout meal? 🤔💪 I've got one for you - it's my new creation that came to life earlier this afternoon, when I was figuring out how to satisfy a hunger craving during my 1-day smoothie-drinking/cleanse day. So, here we go: introducing you to my new Coconut-Chocolate Smoothie - pure goodness and yumminess!!! 👌😋😉 It only takes a few seconds to make but the nourishing and soothing effects last for hours. Take 1 cup of any unsweetened nut-based milk, 1 fresh or frozen banana, 1 tbsp. raw cacao powder, 1 tbsp. raw almond butter (or raw cashew, or any other raw nut butter of your choice, except the peanut butter), a few ice cubes (optional, for extra refreshing and chilling properties, especially if you're using room-temperature fresh/not frozen banana), and a few coconut meat chunks that I recently discovered in the frozen fruits section of my local grocery store. Quick tip: in lieu of coconut meat chunks, you can use 1 tbsp. coconut oil and/or coconut butter. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and voila- you've got yourself absolutely DELICIOUS afternoon treat that tastes as good (if not better than) as any other ice cream, minus all the nutritional downsides!!!
