Slaaptekort, wie kent het niet. Een slechte nachtrust kan het gevolg zijn van piekeren, depressie, ziekte, pijn, alcohol, cafeïne, medicatie of een verstoord biologisch ritme. Te weinig slaap kan je productiviteit en je gezondheid compleet verwoesten. Verschillende onderzoeken hebben uitgewezen dat het een effect kan hebben op je gemoedstoestand, je focus, je geheugen, je creativiteit, je sociale omgangsvormen en je immuunsysteem. ✔версия #sidebend или #боковойнаклон  у меня ➕ ротация , на подвижнось, силу и контроль. У сына стабилизация всего тела в пространстве, в полете;)

SESSÃO E AUTO-IMAGEM/PHOTOSHOOT AND SELF IMAGE 
Fiz nesse fds uma sessão de fotos com minhas sócias do Studio Metrópole. 
Costumo ficar muito tensa antes de sessões de fotos, especialmente no pole. Já fiz dezenas mas a sensação eh sempre a mesma. Sei que terei que lidar com a imagem e com a capacidade do meu corpo de forma intensa, além de ter que lidar com meu próprio julgamento. 
Até hoje sempre saí sentindo que não consegui aproveitar as sessões porque meu corpo não foi capaz ou não estava na forma que eu gostaria para ser exposta a meus próprios olhos. Normalmente durante as sessões em alguns momentos consigo relaxar e me divertir. Adoro posar e fazer caras, o que deveria tornar esses momentos algo delicioso pra mim. Mas na balança a tensão acaba prevalecendo. 
Me comprometi comigo mesma a olhar para o resultado dessa sessão de forma mais positiva e acho que estou conseguindo. Inclusive postando sem nenhum tipo de edição ou filtro.

This weekend I made a new photo session at @studiometropole .
I tend to get very tense before photo shoots, especially on pole. I know that I will have to deal with the image and the capacity of my body intensely and I'll have to deal with my own judgment.
To this day I always left feeling that I could not enjoy the sessions because my body was not able or was not in the way that I would like to be exposed to my own eyes. Usually during sessions I can relax and have fun sometimes. I love to pose and make faces, which should make these moments something delicious for me. But in the balance the tension ends up prevailing.

I committed myself to look at the results of this session in a more positive way and I think I am succeeding.

SESSÃO E AUTO-IMAGEM/PHOTOSHOOT AND SELF IMAGE Fiz nesse fds uma sessão de fotos com minhas sócias do Studio Metrópole. Costumo ficar muito tensa antes de sessões de fotos, especialmente no pole. Já fiz dezenas mas a sensação eh sempre a mesma. Sei que terei que lidar com a imagem e com a capacidade do meu corpo de forma intensa, além de ter que lidar com meu próprio julgamento. Até hoje sempre saí sentindo que não consegui aproveitar as sessões porque meu corpo não foi capaz ou não estava na forma que eu gostaria para ser exposta a meus próprios olhos. Normalmente durante as sessões em alguns momentos consigo relaxar e me divertir. Adoro posar e fazer caras, o que deveria tornar esses momentos algo delicioso pra mim. Mas na balança a tensão acaba prevalecendo. Me comprometi comigo mesma a olhar para o resultado dessa sessão de forma mais positiva e acho que estou conseguindo. Jouw realiteit is (en wordt) waar je je focus legt en al je tijd en energie aan besteedt. Een zeer goed voorbeeld daarvan is Daisy. Zij kwam bij ons krachttraining doen om sterker te worden in functie van het fietsen. Bij haar eerste deelname aan de 24 uur van Zolder finishte zij samen met haar team onmiddellijk als eerste. Vorig jaar verhuisde zij naar California en ging ze zich toeleggen op powerlifting.  Al bij haar eerste competitiewedstrijd werd ze tweede en miste ze op een haar na het bovenste schavotje. Hierbij werd ze rechtstreeks geplaatst voor de nationals. Recent heeft Daisy weer nieuwe doelen gesteld en beslist om te gaan deelnemen aan wedstrijden figuurtraining.
