Da ich gerade sooo große Lust auf weihnachtliches Gebäck habe 😋 aber auf  keinen Fall bis Weihnachten zunehmen möchte 😅 habe ich gestern diese 👆 Schokoladen - Spekulatius Plätzchen gebacken 🤗 Und tatsächlich sind sie nicht nur lecker geworden, sondern auch #kalorienarm und mit viel #proteine 🙃😀 Zutaten: 30g Haferflocken, 30g Double Chocolate Whey, 10g gepufften Quinoa, 200g Magerquark, 100g geraspelter Apfel, 
Spekulatius Gewürz und Zimt. 
Alle Zutaten mischen und bei 170 Grad 20 Minuten backen.

Training mit höheren Gewichten erfordert ein hohes Maß an Rumpftstabilität. Zusätzliches Coretraining kann für bessere Werte bei anderen Kraftübungen sorgen!
Nicht ohne Grund hat das Coretraining im Spitzensport einen besonderen Stellenwert! Auch Hobby- und Gesundheitssportler sollten das Training nicht vernachlässigen.

💡This is the biggest misconception in health and fitness as a whole

All too often the general public is told to “be careful how MUCH you eat”.

which is BS‼️

If we focus our efforts on not over eating, we’re approaching our situation as a whole from the wrong angle
.
▶️If you consume quality / whole foods - or, REAL food, your body will release a hormone called ⭐️Leptin⭐️ which lets us know that we’re no longer hungry
.
▶️When our body release Leptin, the food in front of us is no longer appetizing and we naturally stop eating
.
▶️We get into trouble when we eat foods that trigger the ⭐️feel good hormones⭐️. Which are generally high in either; fats, sugar, and salts. These three stimulants are what our bodies were habitually use to being satisfied with during hunter gatherer times

✅In application: If you have a large chicken Salad for lunch, the first handful of bites will taste appealing. After you’re body becomes nourished, this salad will no longer taste as good - and as a result we stop eating. 👉IF this lunch is now a large pizza, the “feel good hormones” will over power the “getting full hormone” and therefore we over-consume

▶️So our attention and education needs to be put towards the TYPE OF FOODS consumed
.
⭐️If we focus on the amount we’re consuming, it will work in the short term but you’ll ALWAYS hurt your systems in the long run. When we eat less, our bodies respond and start storing food easier (as were use to the Hunter gatherer way of primitive survival). Which in turn, will make us feel worse and consume even less. This is a viscous cycle to where you’ll start having long term issues with:
🎯Hormone imbalances
🎯Sleeping patterns
🎯Energy levels
🎯Bone density

In a nutshell, our bodies are inherently intelligent at relaying messages in regards to how it’s feeling. If we focus on eating 👉real food👈 we’ll never have to:
🎯Count calories
🎯Measure foods
🎯Feeling lethargic
🎯Worry about gaining weight

Well I’m not sure how I was able to finish that workout but I did... I don’t understand how I’m not 💯 yet it still so hard to breathe so I run out of breath real quick. I’m just thankful I was able to train.  Sometimes I don’t follow my own advice but you really have to listen to your body and not train before it’s time. Log press into power hang cleans

Strict log press into kb snatches

Dumbbell press into box jumps

Lat raises into heavy rope slams
5 sets

A lot of pressing but really enjoyed it. 85kg log for 4 which I need/want to work on and 90kg cleans which felt pretty easy. Enjoy mixing it up and looking at performance as well.
