Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, but I've been working hard in the gym. Coming back from an injury is never easy, but I can't thank @mjperformance and the whole staff enough for all their wisdom and support. Thanks to Kristina, Mark, and Jack for getting my knees right. Thanks to @jdrobs89 for cleaning up my movement and helping me regain confidence again. Thanks to _coach_bri for always staying after and helping me with anything and everything. Thanks to @michaelstegg for encouraging me to not be soft. And thanks to the big dog himself _auzz_ for getting myself on the right diet plan, lifting heavy weights, and motivating me everyday to give my absolute best. It takes a village to be successful and I'm so blessed to have all these amazing people in my life. So, thank you. All of your hard work is not going unnoticed. This is just the start 🙌
