You might know this, but regular exercise is great for your brain! It helps release feel-good hormones that act as natural anti-depressants and pain killers. By challenging yourself with your workouts regularly you develop discipline and focus which can transition over to other areas of your life where you need those same skills... like dealing with co-workers and family members. Exercising outside is also a way to clear your mind of aggression or thoughts weighing on your mind.
Through difficult and trying times you always will see who will stand beside you, and who will fall to the way side. Thick or thin my little brother and I have always had each others backs and always keep it real with each other. With our dad passing I've noticed something between the both of us, and that is us having a certain GRIT about us, steadfast attitudes, taking whatever is thrown at us and handling it to the best of our abilities. I'm thankful my father instilled this tough attitude into us, and also thankful we have each other through difficult times! Love you @bothebeast24
