First thing first after I land is to go to a foodie event! Thank you @nommyhk and @breadandbeast for having me! I have always wanted to try it and I finally did! I love the concept of Asian fusion, taking something so simple and wot ha dash of creativity, something incredible is created! My favorite was the award wining 🐮 ngau lam wich, the 12 hour slow cooked beef brisket paired with Lennon fries topped with 63 degree poached egg 🍳🤤 also worth trying would be the lap Cheung max&cheese probably the most innovative one yet and lotus root chips 🤤 it is also a good place to grab a coffee ☕️ and happy hour 🍻 highly recommend this place!
