Today was just one of those great days. I got up and was able to visit with my sister, I got to go to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, then I went to soccer practice and then I came home, did homework, made myself for the first time vegan corn chowder from @highcarbhannah @rawtillwhenever and OMG 10/10 would recommend! It was one of the best meals that I have had in a very long time and my parents even said it was very yummy which is a plus cause they aren't vegan😊 i am so full of happiness and joy in my life right know and have soooo many things to be happy and grateful for. I am so excited for my future and what I am planning. I really want to inspire others to go vegan and live their lives to their fullest potential. Some people may have never experienced a day full of happiness and I wish to be the happiness for someone if they have not discovered it yet. I am so lucky to have all of you following me on my journey😊if you guys have any questions for me you can always dm me or leave them in the comments below. I am finally at that stage where I am really and truly happy with my body. Granted my body isn't perfect but that's OK I'm working on it and I will get it to where I want it to be. I already have people telling what I should and shouldn't do and that's fine I take everyone's opinion into consideration. But that doesn't mean others know me and my body better than I do. Even the people that I think have the most perfect bodies have things they feel they need to work on or change. I will continue to make and reach my goals because I'm a beast and noone is going to stop me.

Offseason Bodyfat? How much weight do you need to gain to make gains? As soon as your post diet and your surplus to your cutting diet & have gained weight, your probably well in excess of what you need to grow muscle. You dont need excessive amounts of bodyfat nor weight gain to gain muscle. I personally notice more slow steady gains only 6 kg above my previous stage weight.
Injured my elbow on my rest day and ended up taking a 3 day break from lifting. Just an acute injury/bruise, but didn't want to test it. Nice and easy day today, didn't stick to a certain rep range or number of sets. Focused on power for squats at 225# , hypertrophy on deads, and what I could muster on bench at 185# . Some pennies deposited, didn't push it 💪🏼 @ky.leo.ren @amerilifter @philip.brooks.101
